Same as you, this song didn't hit me straight away when the album came out - but it didn't take as many listens for me as you said it did you before I got it. You didn't need to worry - the basic rule seems to be that if they use the word 'live' in the title they have used the live audio (eg 'Road of Resistance') ... 'Gimme Chocolate' and other official videos like 'PA PA YA' that use live footage but don't include 'live' in the title use the studio audio.

I have been waiting for this for years. I am seriously glad they finally released this. It's my favorite song off Metal Galaxy. A "Live Music Video" is always live, Metali, Ratatata, and now Brand New Day being the only ones BM have done so far. The studio audio over live is just called "Official", and then they have the concert performances they release which also have Live in the name. It's already been confirmed that BABYMETAL will be featured on Polyphia's next album, and BABYMETAL will feature Polyphia again on another track. Henson is the guy with the white shirt, and LePage has the long hair. For Polyphia, you should check out ABC feat. Sophia Black.

Yep live audio. If it says Live it is live. If it just says OFFICIAL then it is likely studio audio over a live performance.
I can sense BABYMETAL's feelings in the fact that the video of this song was posted just before Yui's birthday. Happy birthday Yui🎉🍅
