"It is not a matter of living a life, that is free of suffering. It is living a life that is worth suffering for." Thank you for the great words, Dr. Leahy! And thank you for always delivering such excellent content, Alexandre!

The psychotherapist that you should be is the one that you want treating you---warm, intelligent, empathetic, non-judgemental, even humorous. Learned a lot from this interview.

Wonderful interview that I have watched several times. I agree with Dr Leahy that Dr Burn's book Feeling Good is a classic, but I have found Dr Leahy's books more useful. I love that he is also a practitioner, not just a researcher, author, or circuit speaker.

With Teotwaki on the way, how is mental health even vaguely relevant any more?... Are we still going to get non-stop cries to not self-harm when there are Kevorkian clinics everywhere? duh...
