I thought from the trailers that the lion had some sort of rabies, but the idea of him going after people as vengeance for his pride is interesting, reminds me of a story where a poacher killed a female tiger, a few days later he was mauled by her royally pissed off mate, and that Same mate would continue to attack any human he came across
I think there was a story a few years back about a hunter up in the northern territories of Canada who had a bear track him back to his home and kill his wife only for the hunter to then do the same. Animals might be dumb, but they get the concept of vengeance pretty well.
Tigers do that in real life, I've seen one where a hunter shot and injured a tiger but he didn't finish it off cause it ran off and so he left, and unbenouce to him, the tiger followed him right until he reached home, it cause and decapitated him as revenge right in his house

As a hunter and someone who spends a lot of time in the woods…. One of the most important rules when entering a forested area. NEVER… Never bring vehicle keys with you. Leave them in the car, on the tire, in the gas tank door, etc. Any hunter worth their salt knows this.
I'm surprised how he did bring up that the father kept OPENING DOORS!!! AND LEAVING THEM WIDE FOR A LION TO COME IN!!!! I audibly yelled "Stop leaving doors open when you think there is a Lion around!!!!!!"
There was a stories about a coyote or wolf that was very smart and knew about humans poisoning food so their are chances animals like the lion can be this smart either due to the whole prodigy thing applying to animals or it must've develop these tactics overtime due to it encountering humans a lot
And how about wolves that encounter humans that actually take care of them and end up intervening to stop it from being injured or shot? Something like that would cause serious bonds to be built I think
This lion's behavior in this movie is like tigers when they go berserker in real life, and they are much much more dangerous, like I once saw this one video on a group of people hunting this tigers that killed some people and as they searching for it, it leaped on of the tall bushs and swiped a guy's fingers off with one quick swipe of it's claws and just as fast as it appeared it disappeared
I beat "Beast" by staying in the US and never going on Safari. That being said, if this happened in the US and I was stranded somewhere, I don't know what I'd do. Guess it's one of those "you'd have to be there" sorts of things.
Alternate idea around 17:20: If you are caught on the roof for whatever reason, you should try and predict the angle at which the lion's mouth will be and try to jam the barrel in there and shoot. It might not tranquilize it but it would most likely suffocate the lion.
So I'm not a doctor, but I did have cpr training at the daycare I worked at and they said to just continue doing chest compressions until help arrives. If a man is bleeding out from beating mauled by a beast and we're in the middle of nowhere, I wouldn't even bother trying to save him. Chest compressions aren't gonna save him cuz he's losing blood quickly. And once all the blood is pumped out, he's gonna die from blood loss. I would leave the man there as a snack/distraction and drive away.
I saw this movie when it first came out and I was left speechless, I was very satisfied and I really enjoyed my time watching the movie. (I eventually knew this video would come!)
finally a horror movie with an animal villian again the last good one we got was jaws but i also really enjoy the ending its like the saying you cant fight fire with fire but in this case it worked
Near the end when the lion was focused on his daughters, who were safe enough, he shouldn't have scared off the lion with missed shots. At that range he could easily and quickly line up a decent shot or two, at least injuring if not killing the beast. Another, albeit more risky strategy, was back at the first vehicle before it was on a cliffside. We saw multiple times that the lion couldn't fully get in or under it, so you can potentially lure him close, let him expose his head, then attempt hitting the eyes to blind it. It may not stop the lion, but a blind animal is easier to handle than one who can see.
Haven't been subbed for long but I am loving your videos. I have a disability so I have been binge watching your content keep it coming bro 👊 and thank you 👍

Good way to get some combat training in for new soldiers. Just send them to Africa to hunt poachers and 'remove' them. Should discourage others after a short time *edit* Being an animal lover, I was worried I wouldn't enjoy this movie. But I did enjoy it! I'm happy we have good CGI/VFX these days Also, that tranq gun has a massive scope for such a short range weapon
To be fair, he was losing. Anyone who is in that situation will fight untill death, maybe im just dumb, but I would do the same and maybe try to avoid the first 2 blows untill he comes in and kills me on spot. But no way i die without trying to beat the shit out of him
Nate should have never asked Meredith to drive the car. He should have waited until the lion left so he can safely drive them out and far away from that area.
You can never have a how to beat video without "And that was their biggest Mistake", "And they had no Idea they were about to walk into" and some variation of "Ok, this is bad news"

Honestly it was really surprising when I learnt that. I used to think that it was tigers or possibly a lion. Which just makes them even more terrifying.
No. They are not. It is one of the most absurd and annoying myths related to the animal kingdom on the internet. The Jaguar is much smaller than the Tigre/Leon. He could never have the most powerful bite in absolute terms. The Jaguar has the most powerful bite in relative terms, that is, in relation to its size. Something completely different. 90% of people seem not smart enough to tell this apart and many idiots think they are the same thing LOL The Jaguar has the 3rd strongest bite in absolute terms of the big cats.
They are much less heavy and have a much smaller skull. How the hell is he going to have a higher bite force? Completely unnatural. No, it doesn't have "2000 Psi" and other crap you can find on the internet. Pure garbage.
Some big cats have emotional intelligence. For example there was a tigress who killed several humans because her mate was killed by one. She eventually was put down.
"Hmmm a giant Lion is leaping at me, an attack easily avoidable if I were to duck, however I as a no name character in a killer movie will simply stand still and die instead"
Not only did he do chest compressions at the incorrect bpm but he didn’t check for a pulse or response first (which if it isn’t obvious, you’re meant to do) :)
For the record, CPR isn't to 'bring someone back'. It's something to hold out until an ambulance and help with medical capabilities can arrive. If no one's coming, theres no point for CPR. But, CPR won't make a person's heart arbitrarily start pumping, so you can't use breath or pulse as a reason to stop Chest Compressions when help IS coming.
i think the story is a little far fetched. Lions are smart but killing for vengeance is not something they normally do. also lions don't go around massacring entire villages. the poachers also had strength in number and guns, they knew the lion was still out there so splitting up and shooting into the darkness and then running off was super dumb on their part.
"Not using the kids as Bait was a fatal mistake. If that were me, I'd send each kid out at a time to keep the lion busy while I try and make my escape. I can always make more"
When they were building the railway line, they overhunted the natural prey, scaring them away, ironically , this left the lions with no choice but to hunt them as the new prey/ food source. Lions are adaptable enough to change their tactics according to the prey they hunt , in that case , humans.
I thought the same. When the trailer came out and they had the "lions don't do this" line, my thought was immediately that this must be a remake of The Ghost and the Darkness.
Went to a drive in movie theater, this was the second film, left halfway through cause a horror movie turned into a comedy. This was much more entertaining

A famed hunter tried baiting the Tsavo lions while hiding in a tree. They still went for the human workers & he had to try many other tactics because all his normal hunting tactics weren’t working.
If How To Beat and all the other youtubers that show how to beat deadly death games teamed up, they can literally just exterminate anyone they want in a brutal unbeatable death game with no hope of survival lol
Wow true
I wonder how stuff will go down if they are in a death game and have to outwit each other.
Realistically they would probably fail the ability to know what the situation is, do research and figure out how to beat the game, and other advantages its a lot easier than in the momenr
@@redsteak6694 To be fair, a lot of these situations rely on common sense and thinking things out. Over half of these movies would be easily survived by not having extreme ADHD, having an IQ above room temperature, and having object permanence.
As a hunter and someone who spends a lot of time in the woods….
One of the most important rules when entering a forested area.
NEVER… Never bring vehicle keys with you. Leave them in the car, on the tire, in the gas tank door, etc.
Any hunter worth their salt knows this.
@@kylesmith4173so if you run you don't ever have the risk of losing your keys
Luv ya man. You always make people's day better. You're the best youtuber I've ever watched. 👍
Saw the movie yesterday and I knew you’d have a video of it
Moral of the story:If you hunt a beast it hunts you back
Well the main cast did nothing nor did the village of people
Realistically it would be dead the moment it attacked the village.
@@MajinMuu It's clear the lion went berserk and attacked just about anyone who is a human.
I would like to imagine A genius Human psychopath being reincarnated into a lion with all his past memories. That would be a terrifying protagonist.
Dude caught a freaking black mamba with one hand and dropped it on a ferocious lion to scare the beast! Damn, I love this movie!
Let's get him to 2M! ❤
YEP
Yes do pls guys I love his videos I wait until he uploads every time.
Respect bro, for all the research you do.
😂 Realistic answer here, seriously
Fun fact: Gasoline does not burn as led on by media.
It explodes. Diesel burns like cartoons tho.
I saw this movie when it first came out and I was left speechless, I was very satisfied and I really enjoyed my time watching the movie. (I eventually knew this video would come!)
The lion unintentionally saved Nate's daughter. This means that The lion was the hero of the scene.
Personally I would just play dead for the entirety of the game, and none of the beasts would eat me.
the lions probably wouldn't but hyenas and vultures would
Say mums
It depends on the animal plus the chance of this working on animals is 50/50 tbh
Bruuuuh
I'm pretty sure that works with bears with guns not lions
finally a horror movie with an animal villian again the last good one we got was jaws but i also really enjoy the ending its like the saying you cant fight fire with fire but in this case it worked
Cocaine Bear was also a sick villain. Am i right?
Near the end when the lion was focused on his daughters, who were safe enough, he shouldn't have scared off the lion with missed shots. At that range he could easily and quickly line up a decent shot or two, at least injuring if not killing the beast.
Another, albeit more risky strategy, was back at the first vehicle before it was on a cliffside. We saw multiple times that the lion couldn't fully get in or under it, so you can potentially lure him close, let him expose his head, then attempt hitting the eyes to blind it. It may not stop the lion, but a blind animal is easier to handle than one who can see.
This reminds me of the movie "Ghost and the Darkness" (1996). Lions attack people. Good movie!
Haven't been subbed for long but I am loving your videos. I have a disability so I have been binge watching your content keep it coming bro 👊 and thank you 👍
The “if you fuck with nature it will fuck you right back” had me rolling on the floor and laughing like a dying dolphin idk why but it’s just too funny 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
There's literally a video of a Leopard using a small deer as bait to lure other deer so it definitely happens in real life too.
this was a great movie and i literally went to your channel to find it
Moral of the story: stay by a lion pack until 'The Beast' shows up to where you are
How would I beat Beast?
45-70 Lever action Henry repeating rifle.
Good way to get some combat training in for new soldiers. Just send them to Africa to hunt poachers and 'remove' them. Should discourage others after a short time
*edit* Being an animal lover, I was worried I wouldn't enjoy this movie. But I did enjoy it! I'm happy we have good CGI/VFX these days
Also, that tranq gun has a massive scope for such a short range weapon
SOOO CLOSE TO 2MIL LET THE MAN HAVE IT
Mufasa chill just because you didn’t have your morning coffee doesn’t mean you have to kill people
Im still trippin off the fact he legit boxed that lion.
To be fair, he was losing. Anyone who is in that situation will fight untill death, maybe im just dumb, but I would do the same and maybe try to avoid the first 2 blows untill he comes in and kills me on spot. But no way i die without trying to beat the shit out of him
I like the ending where that one lion got jumped by the other two lions
I loved this movie! Thanks for covering it! 🎉
dude your the best, movie recap and information for real world scenarios thats amazing thank you man
Nate should have never asked Meredith to drive the car. He should have waited until the lion left so he can safely drive them out and far away from that area.
You can never have a how to beat video without "And that was their biggest Mistake", "And they had no Idea they were about to walk into" and some variation of "Ok, this is bad news"
Now I know how to beat everything by watching you. Have a damn good day!😂❤
ong
The New Logo perfectly envaptaures the channel the smile showing you how psyhcotic it realy is with what it Reviews and the brain being how you Servive what its Reviewing
Wow looks like Simba has flashbacks to some bad things
Dropped that hakuna matata Bull
I am convinced the lion set up the snare trap in the beginning
Funfact: the big cat with the strongest bite force is actually the jaguar.
They are so cool looking, too. Not that lions aren't.
@@RealBradMiller i agree, especially when a jaguar is born all black and is classed as a black panther.
90% of people seem not smart enough to tell this apart and many idiots think they are the same thing LOL
The Jaguar has the 3rd strongest bite in absolute terms of the big cats.
They are much less heavy and have a much smaller skull. How the hell is he going to have a higher bite force? Completely unnatural. No, it doesn't have "2000 Psi" and other crap you can find on the internet. Pure garbage.
when i watched this in Cinema, I always thought ur channel might feature this movie, did not expect to be this sooner. thanks. love ur vids
Some big cats have emotional intelligence. For example there was a tigress who killed several humans because her mate was killed by one. She eventually was put down.
How to beat talking about how to beat the beast in beast.
Fantastic
"Hmmm a giant Lion is leaping at me, an attack easily avoidable if I were to duck, however I as a no name character in a killer movie will simply stand still and die instead"
This makes me wanna rewatch that show Zoo
Normally..no..but it has happened.
And first of all did the 2 poachers get in their truck and drive away?
Its a freaking movie bro
It's happened so many times before in irl already lol. Not just lions
damn bro- big dedication on these videos- I'm loving it
How to beat the beast, ask it for $10,000 for your family😂
1:46 my mum wasn’t lying about having to climb mountains and swim seas to get to school
You’d be surprised how often the solution to surviving a horror movie is “start a massive wild fire”
Bro really went up to the black market and found poachers to know what's the price of the tusks and also learned how to poach💀
AND NO, AFRICA DOESN'T HAVE LIONS RUNNING AROUND LIKE IN THIS MOVIE...
Ayy Idris Elba aka the voice of Knuckles playing in this movie is fantastic!!
HOW TO BEAT THE BEAST:
Step 1: Don’t donate to team trees
Step 2: Don’t donate to team seas
Step 3: Survive the longest in the circle
Bro…. If the lion does a “mock charge” to literally anybody out of nowhere, who is not flinching or running?
Respect to the dad for facing that lion with his bare hands
"Not using the kids as Bait was a fatal mistake. If that were me, I'd send each kid out at a time to keep the lion busy while I try and make my escape. I can always make more"
If Idris had those deadshot arsenal, that Lion would be gone
Who would win dead shot or bloodsport? One put a bullet in the dash while he was running one put a bullet in The man of steel
How do you get this high quality footage of films wit almost all the scenes that aren't even in the trailer btw? 🤔
Always wondered.
I'm surprised you didn't mention the Tsavo Man-Eaters they made humans their prey and hunted them using various tactics
"these pouchers are about to be slaughtered" Great start of the video
Went to a drive in movie theater, this was the second film, left halfway through cause a horror movie turned into a comedy. This was much more entertaining
the most impressive part of the movie was how the lion set that trap for the poacher
And first of all AJ cee did the 2 poachers get in their truck and drive away?
HE DID ITT!!!!!!!!!!!! ( thank you for posting this even though im late) im gratefull
Hakuna Matata
-Simba
This is even funnier when you translate it to English 😂
Happy 2 million 🎉
Me chilling knowing I will never be in this situation
A few hands full of catnip, laser pointer and a new friend🤠
They would beat it by getting tf on when they found the dead villagers.
Lesson:"If you f*ck with nature, It will f*ck you right back"
