WRONG WAY🧭| Biking 9 miles around Kiawah Island (Heron Park Nature Center + Freshfields Village)

Our second full day on Kiawah Island was filled with a 9 mile bike ride under beautiful sunny skies. We first check out the Heron Park Nature Center, which offers a number of animal exhibits and a gift shop that highlights and supports local artists.

We then biked our way over to Freshfields Village, an open air shopping and dining experience that has “**more than 30 shops, a diverse assortment of restaurants, spa services and a boutique hotel.”**

Here we enjoyed a taste of home before biking back to the villa to catch the sunset on the beach.

I had this same $ realization when I got some Ben and Jerry's outside of DC. Always tastes good though. Looks like a fun place to bike around!
