They let see us the emotional side of the work and the drivers are free to express themselves, in and out of the track. F1 teams nowadays are all about “we have to stay focused and work a lot”. McLarens people talk to fans like they talkin in family. And these are words from a Ferrari fanatic.

As you say Ferrari are too closed up, I’d say merc are too professional about it all if that makes sense. Honestly Ricardo joining next season as well. As much as I love Sainz it’s gonna be amazing

When I was a 7 year old little girl, ı was dreaming about being one of this guys with earphones. I am 21 now It's wonderful to see women with earphones in my team. Watching team and backstage of F1 will be always my favorite activity💖
Tbh, i think off the grid and on the grid, the chemistry between Carlos and Lando prob are the best among the current F1 teams right now. I love Daniel Ric but i am not sure if the atmosphere and the momentum will be maintained like what they have now, in particularly if Lando keep on performing consistently well this season.
Man I just love how the pit crew gets all excited while watching them race in the pits. Its like watching a soccer game when your favourite team is on, only you're part of the team :D awesome
