@@c.d.c9425 it wasn’t as wholesome in my opinion but it was great and Daniel and max are my favorite drivers still on the grid, but lando and Carlos just have that wholesome brotherly vibe to me, and again I said “one of” the most wholesome friendships, different people will have different opinions :)
I think in all of motorsports. I've been watching Indy Car, Sports Cars and F1 since the late 80s. I cannot think of a pair who enjoyed each other off the track and on the track so much.

Ricciardo is funny, but his jokes differ from Carlos' and the relationship carlando had is more like brothers', not just making fun of each other, but also caring and cute, so there can't be another duo like this 😪
I have been thinking this for a while. Ric is obviously hilarious, but I feel Lando and Carlos’ sense of humor is a bit gentler. I’m sure we will have some great LOLs next year, maybe just not so much of a Bromance as this year.

As an Spaniard, I'm proud of Carlos and his profesionalism. He's a skilled driver like no other, reminiscent of Alonso's style in terms of race managing and race strategy. Quick and clinical, but aggressive when he needs to be aggressive. Lando has been learning from a top driver and humble enough to understand his role as a mentoree to become a pontential WC. The team has shown a lot of commitment and optimism through very tough years and they got their reward with two podiums and a 3rd in CC. Mr. Brown has shown how managing a young team and creating the proper environment for a young and beaten team to turn around and thrive under such pressure is done. Andreas was the right move and the results are there to prove it. But above all, the way Carlos and Lando clicked together. The relation and trust in each other. The dynamics and bantter. All these things really created to atmosphere for the team to be it's self, truthfully.
Well done McLaren. Well done!!! Hope you can keep that "be yourself" spirit with Ricciardo. I know it's gonna be funny...but will it be as intense and loveable as Carlando?? Time will tell. All I can hope is for Carlos to find a Ferrari team that understands who he is...because we've all experienced how Ferrari sucks life from people with so much preassure

I love seeing lando and Carlos plan out there race start together I don’t think any other drivers do that with there team mates
On the contrary, I think a lof of them do unless they are both fighting for a championship or the win. Or are just way too unruly for their own good. But I'd think that at least about half the grid, they try to go over this and sometimes, when it doesn't work out, you can hear one guy complain that the teammate didn't follow the plan.
But I will say that I think Lando and Carlo have been the best team mates, I have seen. Must have been a pleasure managing them.
@@AntiVaganza I really doubt they do, if you look at other drivers during interviews, and especially in their interactions in Drive to survive, their relationships are more like colleagues then like teammates. The only other pair that seems to have chemistry is Latifi and Russell. On the other hand, I think the worst relationships are between Lewis and Valtteri, and I'd add Perez-Stroll and Charles-Seb there.
@@corruptcentral7992 I def agree on the chemistry part. But I bet the engineers are at least trying to enforce a starting strategy for some of them when it makes sense. That may very well go out the window in the heat of the moment once in a while. It's complicated of course because their allegiance in theory is to the team, but in all practicality it's to themselves. E.g. why Seb would complain about Charles not following the plan they agreed upon;). Though in that particular case, Seb just didn't start as well as Charles, to the plan was out the window, but it shows that they do talk about it sometimes.

It’s really sad because Landon tried so hard to keep himself together the whole,video but one could tell that he’s obviously not ok. Like hebelt his head hang down and his little interview about how working with carlos was... he didn’t really get too much into it just because I think he knew he couldn’t do it if he thought too much about it. It’s hard on Carlos but also really hard on lando
