For a while I've just been feeling so so overwhelmed. Crying for absolutely no reason. Feeling so frustrated at everything. Flipping on my family. Not depressed oo, just really cranky and overwhelmed.
Now I've learnt. Sleep, eat , rest and drink water...... And pray of course.

I can't start counting the things I survive in 2020, am glad to know could survive all of that, it made me realized I was stronger than I thought, thank you ma for that series on God has been trusted, it was of great help.
I learnt REST Much more too ma’am, . I often say IF GOD RESTED, IT IS ARROGANCE IF I DO NOT.......2020 was a time to REFIRE- not just spiritually but for me physically. I thought that watching movies was time wasting till the Holy Spirit cautioned me. I spoke much on the need to rest but not really doing much till 2020....blessed by the transparency in this video.
That 3pm prayer and teaching was definitely God inspired. I have been blessed in different ways. I make sure to send the link to my WhatsApp cause this blessing must go round. Its just amazing how many people join everyday. God's hand is definitely in it.

The part that life goes on may be true but it is never the same to those who loved you. I now understand the pain of losing a loved, they are irreplaceable.
