Thank you for your comment! Compared to a lot of the used homes I see, these are all fabulous 😄! However, I understand what you're saying and I do try to point out certain features that add value to a home, although I don't do that all the time. When you see a builder putting a 1/2" slab onto an island, versus a 3" slab, that makes a big difference in price and in the aesthetics. Same goes for the grade of a slab, which I don't think most people know about. I'll try to point these things out in more of my videos going forward (although I've done a ton of videos already that aren't released).
