This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way he goes about his job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. Wow! I absolutely love the fact the kids rooms were suites with the extra sitting (gaming) areas. That back yard is amazing, if you can keep the gators out.
Hi Mark, this one has a large wall between the lake and the pool area, so don't think gators would ever be an issue, plus they are usually a lot more afraid of us than we are of them. Love Love Love this house.. I love the extra bedroom suite downstairs (yellow room.. Beautiful!!!) , the two kids suites with all the space.. and that huge backroom with the view.. I would make that like a game room for the kids to hang out with friends, love this house!!!!!!!!

There is No home in any State worth more then 25 cents if it is in a Gated Community or HOA. I for the life of me will never understand why anyone would pay other people to tell them when to cut their lawn or no you can not paint you're house that color. You own nothing if you have to have permission to do what you want.

You hold the camera much too close to your face when you are talking to the viewer. It's uncomfortable. You are within kissing distance; it feels intrusive. Nice house. Good tour otherwise.
Oh my maybe the buyier should show the home empty maybe that would help a little. The furniture and window treatments are so out dated. The only thing beautiful is the fireplaces. I'd have to gut the master bedroom. I prefer light white cabinets grays. I would buy new construction just not my taste in design, didn't like this home at all.
