    1) You mentioned that a convict is not 'legally competent party' for a contract ? Is that true for California in 2021 . I am asking as I am studying from a book that contradicts your statement.
    2) about option : when you explain money that is exchanged to keep the offer open for set time then party who made offer cannot void it. Is that same as standard practice of 3% you submit at opening of escrow.

    son name put on deed to fulfill paying insurances taxes ect. and after he paid one time met a girl and decided not to pay promised obligations and decided not to release deed or car return that was also included or reimburse bank account cash ,deed was not a gift deed can i void deed in any way since im not licensed in real estate ?
    what would be a direction to go in DA criminal court embezzle ,breach of contract , undue influence at one point i asked for financial statement last sept so he grabbed records in the computer took the whole computer and thats the last i saw him , and lawyers need cash witch he took so im up poop creek
    sooo trying to convert joint tern to tenants in common to a trust is my only chance to have control of property?

    What is the difference between revocation and rescission? Isn’t rescission used by injured parties when the other party breached? And revocation is used to terminate a contract? I’m a bit confused on these two words and their uses!

      There's no such thing as a free lunch. Opportunity cost, in order to get those $50 he'd have to spend hours and hours of his time to train, that time could be used to make $50 or even more in a different way.
