I used to Roller blade and skateboard down the paved over cobble stone Bus and trolly tunnel that goes from the East side of Providence was truely a dark place that city with is name and statehood on the ocean had always been a port for all the many.. Providence was a truely corrupt and in the mellenium rennasounce was a reason to "clean up" the streets. To this day Benifit street is one of the most sought area the apartments are probably 5 grand up there i would not doubt. It is very historical. If you took out all the cars and modern asphalt you could get an image out of the 1700s
