    I don’t understand why people get angry at a woman who wants a successful man in her life. It doesn’t mean she’s a gold digger. She just doesn’t want a bum who lives poorly and couldn’t bother taking actions to better his life. A successful man is also a secure man and reliable. It’s a character thing. There’s nothing wrong with having high standards in life.

  • @thepeaceigive

    In reference to her first point (splitting 50/50), from my perspective a man brings value by providing while a women brings value by nurturing. What I would bring to the table is taking care of the home, cleaning, cooking, stewarding our money well, taking care of the children etc. I don’t like the idea that the only way to bring value is through an income. Most married women who split the bills also do the majority of house work and child care. That doesn’t sound 50/50 to me!

    • @slothypunk
      @slothypunk 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      As a man point of view here, your point of nurturing and taking care of kids is after the fact! Meaning that man has to be "locked in" to you, translating that if it turns out you are not nurturing and taking care of the kids well, there's no way we can back out without a woman asking for compensation! While a man has to prove it at the start, and throughout the relationship without even a woman can actually do what the woman thinks it is her value such as nurturing and able to properly take care of kids! To me your comment is all dandy in face value, but still not 50/50 because the man has to prove throughout the relationship by providing and women had to prove later in the relationship. The point is there's a chance that you as a woman turn out to be not what you promised to be as a nurturer while as men have to provide at the very start. if that's your metric of 50/50 it's a lost battle for a man. Did you see it?

    • @slothypunk
      @slothypunk 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jd8184 there's no solution that can make woman satisfied. As a man you just have to gamble it out and be smart about it. The best advice is to leave early when you as a man feel she's not what she says she is... Find out the proof she is a "nurturer" before you lock it in! Because you are the one holding the bag as a man if she turns out all talking at the end!

      @@slothypunk I agree with both of y’all. There are multiple ways to add value (not just money), and at EVERY point in the relationship, things should be fair. Splitting bills early on makes sense, but once a partner (woman or man) starts taking on more household/child raising responsibilities, the other should make up for it either financially or by sharing a full half of the burden.

    The 50/50 split is more nuanced and not so much about being equal all the time. For example, let's say one orders a cheaper meal and the other one a more expensive one, splitting the bill 50/50 is not really fair. And sometimes, there is nothing wrong in footing the bill if the man can and wants to. The woman can reciprocate next time by cooking a meal for him if she can and wants to.

      I agree with your message. I think the issue nowadays with the Male and Female dynamics is that Females want to be "equals" and independent but in reality they're dependent on the Male counterpart to take care of them. Most (modern) females aren't responsible or don't want to be traditional, which in reality a traditional woman (whos husband is the breadwinner or only source of income) pretty much has to take care of the house, run errands, cook, watch the kids and etc. But like you said it really just falls into what you're looking in a relationship.

    • @the1anonymouse

      There's nothing wrong if both people want "traditional" roles but there has to be an understanding that with traditional roles, the woman is always beneath the man and never his equal. If he is to be a provider she must submit fully and follow him. If you want traditional, that's the dynamic. Otherwise, you're just trying to leech

    I think what she meant by the "expenses of a woman" vs "expenses of a man" was that for women, it is NECESSARY for these expenses. Psychology studies have shown all genders prefer women with makeup in the workplace, with nails done, hair fixed, etc.; for most women, a purse is a necessity; and things like this. Whereas for men, maybe the only NECESSITY only beard grooming if you have a beard. Not to mention that, traditionally, women have more requirements for BASIC hygiene as well (think eyebrows, shaving/waxing, lotion, period products, a haircut is more expensive for women). Graham points out this fundamental difference when he says "men have expenses too" and details out OPTIONAL spending on a fish tank and upgrades to a vehicle. I believe that Anna was just trying to point out that difference.

For many women, they want a man with resources, much in the same way that many men, want a beautiful woman and will refuse to take less. If you’re a man who’s a 5, get a girl who’s a 5 then, if we’re talking about equality here right?? Except wait, that’s not what most men do. She's got great advice that will also help one in business because most of her videos are about how people treat one another and cary oneself with class, and make sure people are comfortable around you by not being rude or vulgar. Or, how to dress in an elegant way and show off your best self. She's even done videos on how to dress elegantly on a budget. So the majority of her talking points deals with the man providing for her...mainly in the finance department. She puts a high priority over that one talking point and yet when the man calls her out for being a gold-digger that's a red flag? Her overall attitude is very condescending and belittles the man. It's no wonder that after a certain amount of time with her, perhaps her man should do a video, "How to tell if you're with a spoiled little brat."

    The 90's called and they want their archaic advice back. Of course don't let a guy or girl treat you badly, disrespectfully or have scant regard for your feelings. Regarding money and the expectation for the man to "provide" surely, we are teaching our daughters not to rely on a partner for money but have the ability to generate their own independent income. That's what we've taught our daughter and she wears the clothes, make up and such for herself, not for another person. Good grief......

    My advice. If she has tattoos, short hair, unnatural colored hair, or has a high body count you should leave her alone. Do not mess with females like this because they will only cause trouble in your life. If you only attract females like this you need to become higher in value and no that doesn’t mean earn more money. Create a future for yourself. Bring true value to the world. High value women are ONLY attracted to men that act like men.

  • @yelnatsch517

    Her list only works under the assumption that all women have good intentions and don't have ulterior motives to dating a man. I can guarantee a high value man didn't get to where he's at by being played. A man can treat different women differently based on what value he sees in them.

    Graham was definitely clutching at straws with his first point. You know damn well women generally have to spend more than men on their physical appearance/beauty. Our hair cost more than mens, nails, make up, skin care, feminine (no choice) products, shaving/waxing, even clothes. Y’all men just get a haircut. I do agree the lady is basically giving golddigga vibes 😂 saying don’t mess with broke guys but objectively, it does generally cost more to be a female. You know damn well it does Graham! 🙄😅

    • @uiucchemistry2664
      @uiucchemistry2664 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      While it may cost more to keep up maintenance on physical looks for females you’re wrong if you think it costs more to be a female and are delusional af. Men have just as expensive tastes & hobbies as women do. Men will waste money on expensive cars, motorcycles, etc while women will splurge on rip off designer purses, shoes, hats, etc. It doesn’t cost more to be one gender than the other generally speaking.

    • @JackNapierKnows

    • @whatevergoesforme5129
      @whatevergoesforme5129 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The problem is men won't admit it, but they do want women to look beautiful and smell nice even in the workplace. This is the expected basic hygiene for women. It is not a hobby but an expectation so men talking of expensive tastes and hobbies on this thread digress. Now, if women are not expected to look good at work and can be accepted without makeup and not mocked for not shaving their legs, thin moustache, armpits, and eyebrows, then, women don't need to spend that much. It is a different story altogether when women just want to look like a doll when it is not expected of them.

    I mean if she wants to go back to where men had to be the sole household provider to show their masculinity then I guess we can go back to where the woman had to shut her mouth, look how I wanted, take care of my house and children on their own & have dinner cooked for me when I got home?
    I have a decent amount of money, but I’ve suffered so much for it its absurd to assume it’s owed to anyone, even in a relationship. I don’t even much discuss finances with my partner, we each pay our parts we have already pre determined and as a man yes you usually pick up the bill for dinner but that’s certainly not exclusive or any sort of requirement. You teach young women to be purely after money & security and view love as a transactional trade off rather than a life partnership and you continue to destroy any meaning of connection in the world. To this day the happiest couples you ever see are usually ones with not much money but a hell of a lot of experience and closeness with one another.
