    To be honest, "Money doesnt buy happiness" is what we tell poor people, because honestly, it does, it buys financial security, which brings a ton of happiness, but of course its not like a perm high, but it does eliminate almost all worries that many people have to worry about on a daily basis, it allows you that freedom to then explore what can bring the ultimate happiness, but yes, it does bring happiness.

      My question is how was the money made. If it was given to you, no strings attached, then yes. People who take on massive risk by building their own business, not to mention commiting 16 hours a day to your work. Working long hours is hard so to say money can fix that and make you happy just isn't the case.
      The idea of money buys you different problems is really true.

    • @brandtc.7991
      @brandtc.7991 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ethangeorge1971 I agree with you! I would hope working those long hours would lead to financial freedom though, now I agree, getting to the point of financial freedom could be tough and not bring happiness while in the process. My thought was mostly to people that got money to the point you dont have to work crazy hours or do ridiculous stuff anymore.

      It's the lack of money that brings stress. Once you have enough to be comfortable. Anything above that does not bring happiness

      I agree. If you asked me before I had two profoundly disabled daughters ( chromosome triplication) , I would have said no. But, having $ for the best services and “unconventional therapies” is what I want more than life itself. Spending every cent to keep them walking and not regressing massively during Covid is beyond happiness. Having the $ for out of pocket expenses for their endless medical care is beyond happiness. I learned quick the old adage - $ IS life.

    How does a college age person make $110,000/year as a TH-camr...maybe I'm just old, but I don't get it. I mean I get it, but...I don't get it. (And maybe I'm bitter...lol)

    • @JoshuaErabu
      @JoshuaErabu 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sponsorships are very lucrative especially on TH-cam. I do quite a few on TikTok and Instagram and have had deals range from $5k-$50K. Then there’s affiliate income, paid products for their audience like clothing, courses, etc. Tons of money in the influencer space if you know how to find it.

    • @leonardomichua
      @leonardomichua 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      TH-cam is the best social media to grow on. It's harder to grow a following than TikTok, but it's still S-Tier. She most likely does what everyone else does and has businesses that she made because of TH-cam

      It may be how they are, or it may be their tastes changing after a while. In this video the richer folks dressed more modest than the other folks. Maybe they know they can buy it at any time and see no reason to flaunt it. They're all relatively young. Late 20's to 30's
