It's been so long. Like an old friend. How much I've missed this song. It definitely fills the empty feelings of today's world. poetry: Perhaps the echos of the wind can carry this song into meaningful purpose of how the world has forgotten human senses and meaning.
i was 14 when i heard this song, my birthday passed 2 days ago and now im 20..damn life goes by fast, those halcyon days when everything was new, JROCK was my divine discovery , thank you diru for existing .
i love this song, i use to drug my self with pain killers and drink alot of liquir while listening to this song after me and my girlfriend broke up, took me awhile to get back on my feet and enjoy this filthy world, i finally started to see the world as it is. thank u dir en grey, your gods instrument to show us that this world so sooo disgusting in many ways, hatred, greed, poverty, war, massacre. truly ugly.
've been to them more than 10 years but yet no other bands can replace them in my heart. they just so fucking godlike . hope the new single is great as always .
The person who clicked dislike most likely dosent know what Dir en Grey is and dosent liek that style and they just stumbled apon it but still HOW COULD ANYBODY DISLIKE THIS!
This song says "Akuro no oka de matsu kimi to nemuritakute..." I wonder if they retooled the line from Pierrot's older song, "Megido No Oka" since it says "Megido no oka de matsu kimi o miageteru". What's more, this is like an antithesis to that song. They were rivals back in the day after all! Not implying that to be bad, but it'd be hilarious if so, and just something I noticed, and both are sublime songs!
I might just be just as ignorant as you but I simply love their new style more than this. I love the pure madness of their new clothing style, especially when they have semi-military clothing as seen in their Obscure Video or live. I also prefer their harder stuff over their melodies. But I would never say their quite stuff sucks. It's simply different. Not better nor worse. And I've known them ever since this single and I still love listening to it but I simply welcome their change.
devilslyric i told a friend to listen to this song bc he plays bass and he was like "i didn't hear the cool bass thing you talked about" and i was like "whaaaaaa?" and now i understand lol.
I miss the old Dir en grey TT.TT I steel love them now though...they just aren't the same. I want to see the live so bad. It pisses me off, I know some people that have seen them live before, but didn't pay a bit of attention to them because they were at the concert to see Asking Alexandria XP Screw them.
I wonder if they stole the chorus from Millenium by Luna Sea or they were just unconsciously influenced by the song. Both Luna Sea and DEG are my favorite artists though.
isaiah 65.17-19 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. 18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. 19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. im not judging you guys just telling you about the new beggining that christ offer to us
They convey emotion so much more genuinely than most Western bands
brings back good memories.

The sound is similar to silent hill OST because mores from japan of the use of instruments were popular and people liked that (good times) even now.
