Very informative and he's great with breaking down something that can be complicated to explain. Very easy to listen and learn from. Super helpful. Thanks
PSA: Sparrow does not have a mobile app. It's Desktop only. Do not save your seed phrase digitally. Do not enter your seed into a device connected to the internet.
Yes, look up your seed phrase you have in your sparrow wallet on your old computer (and hopefully also have written down on something like a piece of paper), and fill these 12 or 24 words in when importing a walleet on your new computer on sparrow
I tried to make a multisig with 6 tapsigners, in sparrow wallet the derivation paths are different from my first vault I created in nunchuk. Is it possible to change the derivation paths so I can make the same vault ?
Your comment on the complicatedness of this video is exactly what I was thinking after 5 minutes of watching and still having no clue as to how to simply transact BTC.
This is the functional equivalent of setting up your own bank to hold and transfer bitcoin anywhere in the world. Of course it is complicated. Imagine if you wanted to start your own bank and establish all the business incorporation for a holding company, and the bank company, and the relationship with state regulators, and with the federal reserve, and with the SWIFT network, etc. It makes setting up your bitcoin bank look very simple in comparison. If you do not want to run your own bitcoin bank, you might want to just deal with an existing bitcoin bank or exchange. Now with the bitcoin ETFs, you might even be happy with just using one of those at any brokerage firm.
Craig has been a discovery for me. Thank you

Yes! When importing the wallet, you can choose which derivation path you want to use
I didn't know Darth Vader was a Bitcoin developer...
This is so complicated. Why can't Bitcoin developers make it easy for non-IT folks to buy and hold btc? Everything involved is ridiculously difficult.
It’s still very early

@@davehickey2293 this video isn’t about how to simply transact BTC…
@@davehickey2293 there are plenty of videos on TH-cam about that, specifically
