I play on controller and switch to no assists mid f1 2020, I couldn’t imagine doing it now but for me feeling the vibrations to feel If my rears lock or using audio. If you want to just sit in time trail and practice trail braking. You shouldn’t want to go 100 brake during braking more like brake 100% then slowly go to 0. Once you can do that a little bit you could experiment with how late you do it. Use the racing line to see when you should go 100%
