I would love to try Asian version of castellan cake. A cake originally from Portugal or Italy. Later went to Japan. Then from Japan went all over Asia.

Hence why it is called Castella cake in Japan and Pan di spagna in Italy.... in French: Pain d'Espagne, in Italian: Pan di Spagna, in Portuguese: Pão d’Espanha, in Romanian: Pandișpan, in Bulgarian: пандишпан, in Greek: Παντεσπάνι, in Turkish: Pandispanya Portugal often imported culture, craftsmen and technology from Flanders, spain and Italy.. consequently Portuguese cultural achievements aren't remarkable!!!

這家店在新北市樹林區博愛街89號（菜市場裡面）樹林火車站前站出口最近的菜市場，搭捷運藍線到亞東醫院轉藍37公車在樹林濟安宮下車，走進去3分鐘，最好下午去，上午進去菜市場要穿越重重人牆跟摩托車走進去至少十分鐘="=。開車的話菜市場旁邊有收費停車場滿方便的。
