- HI FRIENDS ,
friends my 1 year lemon plant is not growing properly ,no flowring set up yet..so i decided to graft on it with my 4 year lemon plant which is full with lots of fruit on it..
lemon ,citrus grafting can done by so many techniques but i like this V grafting ,because in this contact between to surface is more so that sucess of grafting % is more then other methods... friends if you have any question which i forget to mention you can ask me in comment...

the perfect season of grafting is after monsoon & during spring.. but if you can give warm atmosphere around plant artificially you can also graft during chill winter too....

How many day after removed that cover
After how much day one can remove plastic tape from v cleft graft...?
I done v graft on lemon before 17days ago can I remove plastic to see it is joined or not .?

@@imedimed8025 I found in some video it is about 3 weeks ....you can remove tape from grafted branch I suggest after grafting wait for approx 25days than after 2 to 3 month remove grafting tape from grafting joint....

Mayuresh Lele ..this plant I have shown in video is from seed..from February to March end is best for seed started..
remove plastic bag cover after 8 days..then once new leaves apper remove plastic tap..
Mayuresh Lele ..it will take 7 to 8 months to grow well if u fertilize & maintain well..gives fruits after 1 year ..

@@yog bro, I got small plants from seeds. If I do grafting then can I get fruits in an year? I don't know the purpose of this grafting. I thought grafting method used to get different variety in a plant. Please clarify if you have time. Thank you in advance

Question please i have lemon tree grafted on Bitter orange tree .. but i want oranges ! .. can i over-graft on lemon tree .. the lemon tree is not going to be a problem for the orange tree ?

What is the rootstock you use?
root stock is a nothing but main branch of plant on which we are going to graft cutting..

I have shown in my another lemon plant video ..
Someone gave me lemon tree and said near 15 years lemon tree never bloomed. I want to grafting and i wanted help from someone who understands this things. He said that if tree has got thorns thats means tree already grafting and no need to graft again. Is it true? it did not make sense to me. Is it possible undersand any way tree was grafted? How can i understand tree was grafted or not? If it grafted why not blooming? What can we do for blooming?
15 years is too long period..... if it is grafted fruits must come within year ..but one thing is also possible , if the scion which is taken for graft that plant also never ever bloom..it may possible..
if you see joint at bottom it is grafted but if it's smooth it's not graft...
& yes for blooming lemon plant need full sunlight & monthly fertilizer & regular watering..prunning is also important for this plant..
