I own a 2005 Toyota 79 series with the 1HD-FTE motor, I love it and wouldn't swap it for anything. I am such a 79 fan boy, IMO they are the best 4x4 and well worth the price. I'm totally hoping and drooling over the DMW build, it really does look amazing.
Unreal build team! As stated on an earlier video, the mechanical aspects of this vehicle and the interior itself is representing the car Toyota should have built! Can't wait for the 24th!

Totally in love. Even since my mate got a 76 wagon. Ive been in love with the lc70 series. Me and his wife agree the lc79 dcab is the pick of the bunch and your version is amazing. Cant wait to see it all finished. Keep up the great work.

I'd have to say this Landcruiser 79 build is just epic in its design and build quality. I really like the tray with the built in water tank and the rear draw system!! Bloody legends :)

Wouldn't change a thing, awsome package with all the fruit. As Graham would say " best fun with your cloths on" I can only imagine the fun and comfort you could have in this 79, especially knowing you don't have to worry about the reliability of the car as it has come out of the dmw workshop. The 79 looks awesome.. great layout and practical storage. How much does the tray and canopy weigh and does/can a air compressor connect in where you can turn the water on? Amazing build and workmanship DMW.. When you pulled that table out my jaw hit the flaw. I didn't see that coming and packing camp tables is my pet hate. I'll have to start sleeping in my DMW hoodie for some good luck haha.
Hi dmw, There are two must have accessories that you need to add to this awesome top ender build 1st accessory is a 12v portable travel oven so you can warm up your pie on the road and when you get to your destination you can enjoy a nice warm aussie icon the meet pie and the 2nd is a On-Board air compesser so when your done with 4wding you can pull over and pump your tires up no matter where you are.

Such a great build guys only thing I would have done different is rooftop open other side as most people run fridges and cook out of passenger side so an awning that side but that comes down to preference
The Car is bloody nice , nice and includes loads of stuff !! If i win this, i would not work for a year and travel Australia with the Family, I would not worry about anything in the car. It would make my life with this , i have never won anything.
