I've been following this man and cooking his recipes for more than 20 years (starting with The Naked Chef) and he always seems to surprise and amaze me. No other major mainstream chef today is more creative and talented at creating vegetarian inspired dishes that are easy, delicious and nutritious without being a snob. I've been a lifelong vegetarian and his dishes, more than any other mainstream chef, are the most attractive and approachable. Bravo, my friend - keep on keeping on!

I think he felt much more nostalgic than us... lol...I miss it too. I think that is how he got youth interesting in learning to cook as before cooking shows were so boring.
@@gemgimi5959 We generally use Pav which are softer and smaller buns and and actually we don't warm our buns here either. But I personally like it crisp slathered in butter/ ghee - the way they do it for Pav Bhaji - another street food which has a gravy and crispy buns!
I miss the days when there was three or four recipes a week from Jamie - new ones made for this channel. I think a weekly vlog that follows him around all week would be a good shout.
We Bangladeshis love this burger because it's so easy to make. It's a street food and we call it veg tikka burgers. At home, you basically just put a flat veg pakora between buns with chutney/achaar which most of us already have in our fridges. Loved seeing Jamie make it!
I LOOOOOOOVE Jamie Oliver and his recipes ! I'll definitely do this one . Such a shame his restaurants closed down . Maybe he should have served food that he cooks on telly and You Tube and gone for a mass market rather than a select few.

Basically Kanda Bhaji Pav turns into exotic Veggie Burger by Jamie Oliver. This is a typical Indian street food!
