Glad you guys loved the Ramly burger! You may find different stalls with different styles of Ramly burger. Some stalls might put caramelized onions, dipping the patty in brown or black pepper sauce, or even with baked beans! It is actually an adventure to find the right recipe/combo for our palate since the variety is limitless.

Ramly burger basically its the patti as most burger stalls in Malaysia using this Ramly patti and actually it can be bought in any groceries shops whether in burger patti or mince meat. If u cooking u can try the mince meat beef to do the bolognese sauce or any other dish its super delicious. Ok hope u enjoy ur stay in Malaysia 🙋🏻♀️

Well seems this one kind of proper setup , as they still served with good selection of vege-salad, onion, cabbage n tomato. While most of stalls opt for simple one, either cabbage or salad only. This is what I'm always look out for when getting my ramly burger fix.
That little extra is worth looking for.
Basically Ramly Burger is available everywhere in Malaysia, every states… most of them are by the roadside or shops, with such a stall outlook. Prices may vary in every states. It is definitely one of the MUST TRY food. Merry Christmas 🎄

In Malaysia, if the grill pan is clean, of course the food is clean. The reason is that the seller is diligent in cleaning everyday.

I think the best way to cook the Ramly patty is to split it in the middle, grill it and a dash of Maggi Seasoning or Worcestershire sauce

Love to see both of you enjoy Ramly burger..its secret.. the messier the better.. Once I bought a quit dry Ramli burger from a stall, I felt it missing something!! ..and I noted its not messy... So I went home and put more tomato & chilli sauces on it & looks messy.., ooh suddenly it has transformed into a real Ramly burger and it melts in my mouth! .. Damn, why Im saying this in the midnight.. Makes me so hungry & crave for Ramli burger now but cannot find one now.. :(

Yeah, it was so good. We've actually been back a couple times.
I usually just ask for the sweet chili sauce because I love the beef patty flavor itself and too much sauce in every other flavor just kind of camouflage it. The sweet chili sauce complements the savory patty well enough, to me at least. Love it when they know how to sear the patty outside and form a slight crust, to keep the juices in. Always mouth watering to watch ! Malaysian beef is mainly Indian buffalo. We don't produce enough beef locally. Hence the flavour. Most supermarket & even convenience stores stock Ramly burger products.
