- I wanted to make a video on the best possible way to clean your jewelry at home. Nobody really wants to go into the jewelry store all the time to have your pieces clean. Also, no one really wants to wear dirty jewelry with no shine or luster. This how to video is the best way possible. I got this machine on Amazon a while back and it is the best. You don't have to buy this machine but I would recommend an ultrasonic with steam feature. Thanks for watching!

Thought I’d share this. I bought a 14k vintage rope about 30-40 years old and it had some redish tarnish, might’ve even been rust. No matter how much I cleaned and polished it I couldn’t get the stuff off. Even a professional jeweler couldn’t get it off. One day I tried this stuff called Never Dull and the tarnish came off immediately. I use this stuff even on me new pieces and it makes them look almost as if my chains were fresh from the manufacture.

Honestly the hot water/toothbrush/dish soap method works fine for me.
My chains, including my ropes, look brand spankin' sparkly when I clean them that way.

Great vid. I love my trio shine! Got it for 100.00 last year on hsn. Nothing like a good steam clean! The only thing I wish was that the ultra sonic tub at the top was removable instead of having to turn over the whole machine.

I use an ultrasonic about every other day because my chain gets dirty quick at work, but I also like to hit it with the polishing cloth about once a month. That's what really makes it look new, just cleaning won't remove scratches, but buffing and polishing will.

Best I’ve found and it’s very very fast. Use it on brass, bronze, copper, gold, and silver. No ultrasound.
E’Arrs spray bottle. I put it in a jar place items in jar and gently swirl it around for about 10 seconds for heavily tarnished brass…

They break from time to time. It’s usually just the spring inside ends up breaking. Usually fault of the owner but sometimes they just break. Lobster clasps are very cheap and easy fix though

Soft bristle toothbrush in warm water with a little dish soap cleaning in a circular motion after letting the piece sit for 5-10 minutes in the warm sudsy water. Hope this helped.

3:31- oh I disagree. There are tons of pieces that look better used than what they looked brand new. I think a restored piece can look just as good as a new piece.

Sweat don't ruin gold. Just have to clean more often. I've never cleaned my franco and am on 1 full year and never taken off. Buy Jacoje
