Short haired Austin has entered the chat...
I would love to see a video on your studio and what kind of furniture/desk you use that is good for space and supporting equipment and also just would generally like to see a studio tour! the backdrop looks so awesome!
Got a few more changes coming soon to the studio then I’ll be doing a studio tour!
This advice is gold. Thank you🙏
Thanks for watching!
Great advice!
Could you make a Video how to make a Nickelback or a Pop Rock Song?
YEEES! That would be great! 🤘
Would love to see that too
That's great info, I'll keep that in mind for the future thanks Austin.
GREAT advice! Thank you for these reminders and very helpful tips man.
Thanks for watching!
Great stuff Austin
Just watched the intro and it already looks like a very promising video. Great and very helpful topic!
Dude! You should share your producer agreement contracts?! The ones most people use are exhaustively extensive. Would be cool to see something practical available from someone who’s actively/currently in the game! 🤘🏻
They’re all available for the people who take our course. We gave away a tonnn of templates in the course 😁
thanks austin! this is super helpful
thank you!
We’ll do three sets of revisions all at different stages in the mixing process. A lot of times revisions requested in the beginning are not needed as we proceed thru the mix and the client gets the feel for how it’s all coming together
What is your opinion on platforms such as Highnote or Samply for playback and revisions?
Tight!
I love when Austin gets sassy! 😂 Reminds me of ME.
Sometimes I gotta pop my shit
@MakePopMusic can you make how works la-2a on some examples?
Super important topic.
PS: Short haired Austin is looking fresh!
Appreciate that!!
Have you guys done videos on backing up your hard drives? I’m in a stuck place and there aren’t alot of tutorials specifically for windows I can find
We have! I made a video on my production computer and in that video I talk about my backups!
@@MakePopMusic thanks for responding! You guys have been a life saver. Especially for windows users✊🏾. Keep inspiring
Very wise, this video is something else, Im so tired of revisions that I think secretly I gave up working with others for that, a major in germany got me 2 months changing things, mix, arrange, production, even got to record the singer in another language to have multiple options...guess what happened. They finally pass 😂😂😢
Can you do a video about revisions in the writing process itself? sometimes when writing I make basically 6 different versions of the drop and cant seem to commit - then I get burned out from the song.
I think that just comes down to make a decision and move on honestly
Austin, what's your computer spec for music production?
64 gb ram, i9, 1tb SSD internal and a bunch of external drives
Can you do a hit me hard and soft tutorial once the albums out? Pleaseeeeeeeee!!?? We love Billie and Finneas.
I 100% will be doing that!
Austinnnnnn I know you did 2000s pop like backstreet boys and stuff but can you make a tutorial for the more club/house style? I'm not sure what that genre in specific is but it's songs like on the floor by j-lo or dj got us falling in love by usher.
Currently working on a charli xcx style video that will cover this
Hey Austin, Please please make a video about how to make a song like house of balloons/Trilogy by The Weeknd.I really appreciate ❤🙏🏻
Bro pls make video on how to make music and vocals like Stephen Sanchez
new hairstyle looks dope
Thank you!
another trick is to make them wait forever for revisions so they think twice about making another one 😎
FinalForm_rev16.wav 🙁😅
"shit song crazy mix louder-er V29"
@@MakePopMusic haha. Exactly
🍌
shout out potassium
the trick is to put the word "final" in the filename. this has never not worked for anyone.
Final_FINAL_REVv2_b.wav
Final_FINAL_v2_b.wav
First
LEGEND!
Exactly what I was looking for !!! Much appreciate for your contents Austin 🙌🏽🤍
What is your opinion on tools such as Highnote or Samply for revision playback?
