    I just wanted to have a candid moment with you guys this week, and let you know how I got below my pre-pregnancy weight. It was not a healthy journey at all, and I've come to realized things need to change.
    For anyone struggling with their weight, health or overall image, just know you are not alone.
    Remember what you see on the internet is just a highlight reel. A lot of us are struggling with the same things.
    Feel free to comment any healthy habits I can incorporate that helped you, if you were every in my shoes.

    Water water water! I know it’s hard but try to add some lemon, cucumbers or any fresh fruit to it to give it some flavor for you. Once you stay consistent with it, you’ll find that your body will crave it more and it will become what quenches your thirst more. Also research and start a really good multivitamin! Yes girl, the older we get we have to start moving different, it’s tough but we have to do it for our family.❤

    Bless you, Whit! I can't even imagine trying to balance being a woman and a mum. I would suggest starting your morning with a berry smoothie, with lots of spinach and a kiwi(high in vitamin c).and rather than just drinking water, try varieties like coconut water and sparking water so it doesn't feel like punishment, I hope you feel better, my dear.

      Thank you so much for the tips. You had me at sparkling water. That sounds so delicious and the smoothie ingredients too. I love blue and raspberries AND kiwi. And I won't forget the greens. 😋💕

    Wow... the honesty is appreciated.. This level of vulnerability is terrifying for most people, this gave me more inspiration and courage to be able to sit and just be vulnerable as well.. dope!

    yes it’s not my priority anymore , then fast food is the only thing near my job so that’s all i eat .. but i swear i’m gaining something but eating all the wrong things and only eat good when it’s in question 😂😂😂damn i feel like this a NA meeting dude i loved this video i can relate to so much i love your confidence and open mind .. new subbie boo❤❤❤❤

    I love ur transparency here ❤ vitamins help me with feeling low energy (magnesium and black seed oil are my personal favs)
