Don't Cut Out Women When You "Lock In"

DO NOT cut out women when you "lock in" or go on some sort of monk mode phase. Women are an integral part of a man's life and in my opinion and from my experience cutting out women all together seems really stupid to me. I have done it before and I will NEVER do it again.
