The pins that where in the bag of Pascal are hidden Mickey pins that only are giving to cast members so they can trade so you can't actually buy them and they release a few series each year that's why you keep getting parking ones and drawing notebooks (it's part of the fun of trading)
I talked to a CM during my visit last week and he said they are not getting rid of Journey into Imagination with Figment. They just refurbished the ride and figment himself.

You should get the Disney official pin book. it is definitely worth the fifty dollars. The book saved my life when I was on my Disney cruise and they had the official Disney pin trade time period. It was so overwhelming but I was able to stay organized with that book.
