This looks more of a weather2 PORT rather than a true “weather3” but that said this looks AMAZING can’t wait to see it get fully updated to have all its features.
To me it looks like a very good mix of mods 1 and 2. I've been playing recently on the weather 2 mod and the tornadoes are too frequent but very weak, and they are cool and all, but they don't look like tornadoes, more like a bunch of particles vaguely swirling around. These look like they actually do damage to the environment and pick up more blocks, so I'm very happy to see what this mod has to offer in the future. PS: Those old tornadoes from the first mod really were devastating lol
@@smallxplosion9546 “weather1” was crazy but buggy, weather2 was much better but its bigger storms look like shit in hindsight just vaguely pulled together particles spinning and ironically while higher tier tornadoes and cyclones were more damaging to builds they are less damaging to the player. Atleast in my experience. On his twitter I have seen screenshots of a true “weather3” but It seems he is working on this port for now.
an overall super realistic weather mod would be so cool. tornadoes that sometimes dont have condensation funnels, realistic speeds and paths that fluctuate unpredictably but overall tend to come from one direction, anticyclonic tornadoes from larger parent tornadoes, radar that actually displays hook echoes that may or may not be tornadoes, walls of hail that actually do damage, actual rfd, horizontal vortices, wall clouds, derechos, debris that does damage and makes messes, wind models that actually force you to design functional tornado shelters, im already salivating and frothing at the mouth thinking about it.

pretty much all good mods are on java forge because its better to program than mobile because thats limited programing and you can't do all that on bedrock

Imagine if he added a shelf cloud into this. Like with a gust front and everything, make it super long to. Just like a low pressure system moving in.

Tornadoes do spawn rarer in this mod than in 1.12.2. Although they have a way bigger radius and are more accurate to real life.

This exact mod is not on mobile but there is different tornado mods you can get on mobile if you get mcpe from the app store

As far as I know tornadoes can spawn in every biome the same rate except snow and sand biomes, just sandstorms and blizzards
