Would love to hear what you have to say. Looking for v specific info such as where to indent, when to skip lines, what goes in headers, etc.

We have a couple of videos on querying across genres! Some of those may be helpful. But if the story is mostly fiction, you can probably feel pretty safe querying it as fiction and mention in the query that it's inspired by true events :)
I don't want my personality to the world to be about what I write about it's 2024 we have learned how to position ourselves in spotlight and privacy so saying that someone needs this big platform is crazy, I hope that a real world changing book is the exception to this. But hey 99 no's + 1 yes = yes yea?
A big part of what a nonfiction author seems to bring to the table is an audience for their content. What percentage of the sales might be expected to come from a pre-existing audience? How do the author and publisher responsibilities for marketing and publicity vary between fiction and nonfiction? And just out of curiosity, how have these relationships and responsibilities evolved since Jessica entered the industry? Thanks again for the video!
