- CROSSING LINES is a unique, global action/crime series created by Edward Allen Bernero and starring* William Fichtner, Marc Lavoine and Donald Sutherland with Tom Wlaschiha, Gabriella Pession, Richard Flood and Moon Daily. CROSSING LINES is produced by Tandem and Bernero Productions in coproduction with TF1 Production and in association with Sony Pictures Television Networks.
CROSSING LINES taps into the charter of the International Criminal Court (ICC), to mandate a special crime unit functioning as a European-based FBI, to investigate serialized crimes that cross over European borders and to hunt down and bring criminals to justice.
It is also a story of redemption and revenge. CARL HICKMAN, a wounded and disgraced New York cop, pulled from the edge by a group of unlikely saviors - LOUIS DANIEL, heading an elite Cross Border police unit, hunting down the world’s most brutal criminals, but ultimately seeking revenge for his son’s murder.
Housed in an unused storage section underneath the ICC, this mismatched team faces bureaucratic, jurisdictional and cultural obstacles while traversing continents in pursuit of justice.
Through globalization, many borders were opened and barriers to easy trade, travel and cultural diversity removed. All good things. However, opportunity for criminals to exploit the system has become a threat to our global safety. Europe, for example, has become a “safe house”. Criminals elude law enforcers by hiding out in safe countries, or changing trafficking routes from one nation to another when the trails get hot. Action must occur at an international level if this worldwide threat is truly to be beaten. A special kind of law enforcement team is needed, one that can handle specific, ongoing crimes on a global level.
Crossing Lines is the story of one such team, made up of five young, eager cops, headed by Captain Louis Daniel. It’s a story about learning to live and work under the most dangerous, potentially deadly conditions, with people you have almost nothing in common with. The series traverses the world’s most exotic settings filled with suspense, danger and action in the quest for a safer world.
It is about the power of friendship, and belief in one another. It’s about the eternal beauty of youth and how being around it can make even the most tortured soul remember what they used to be and strive to be it again.

William Fichtner is one of my fave actors. He has been in so many films a day doesn't go by without seeing him. Yet he is so underrated. Loved him since the Guiding Light!
I really liked this show and it really hacked me off when NCC didn't pick it back up. I reallly hope I can find it here in the states.

seemed like it took forever to come back on, im watching the premiere right now.
Really glad to see this back again as it was one of my favorite summer shows from last year! It says it will be on Amazon UK on 15-Aug but I wonder about Amazon US. Otherwise i guess i can wait for netflix

I guess some actors has just accept a 2 seasons contract since they are known celebrities in their respective countries and has many others projects by their own... I know Marc Lavoine (who play Louis Daniel) asked to not be in the 3rd season because of his music and cinema career. He is working a movie adaption of his book which was a best selling succes in France last year.

I liked how she interacted with Carl in the first part of S1. He could have been her mentor.

I love this show! I worked in LE in Europe and I think that the EU needs to watch this show (religiously LOL!) and take heed. This is one of the best shows ever! Unfortunately, living the US, I can't see Season 2 until Netflix gets off its ass and shows it!

I cant wait to see this second season. Living in the us i have found it on tv portal and its a free app for android. I have the paid version but the free one works just as well. If you like it on Facebook there is a link on the page to download the application. It has a ton off shows and is my favorite app. Look into it if you dont want to pay amazon. Im going to start watching this second season. They have 12 episodes on there for the show and the first season also. I thought i would post that since alot of people in the us seem to be looking for a way to watch this series without paying amazon like me.

I also know apple or ios can't access the app unfortunately since i tried to get it for a friends ipad. Just a tip for anyone who loves this show like me and find it upsetting nbc isn't airing season 2.

I'm so frustrated people outside the UK can't access Lovefilm to watch this series. I was willing to pay for my access, so where's the problem? Does Amazon have too much money, or can its offices just not get along from one country to another?

This show had great first season.. But season 2 was disappointing. Everything is great the cast, the scenes except the storyline.. With few exception ofc.
