Yeah I’m a little concerned that the presentation of Survivor is misaligned to the actual activities of the game. Nowadays Jeff is so determined for everyone to have an emotional journey, it stands to reason that people are going to overtherapize their way out of the game the way Sean did.
It’s bullshit. I can’t support that kinda quit. Sorry but nope your hubs had to wait till the end either way like how did he not know they go to ponderosa either way? Ugh
And to think that people hated Kelly and Naonka at the time for quitting. And they lasted longer than 26 days. Now you have people quitting after 9 LOL.

he couldn't even go right home to his husband. They are sequestered for the run of game right? Quitting was wasted. Hanna quit because she couldn't stand it there. Leaving to be with your husband doesn't work as he couldn't go home
Outside of not being an evil person, I’m getting Colton vibes. In the words of Jeff “when things stop going your way, you just quit”. Sean admitted to this. His tribe lost, he was on the bottom, and he quit. I was really rooting for him, but he lost all respect from me (not that he cares)

That asks them to change the way they play THEIR game because of a decision YOU want to make and hang on THEIR involvement. If you want to quit the game, quit the game. The game will regroup and move forward. The producers will handle the logistics of that. But don’t make your quit a game move. It’s a selfish move. I understand that for Shaun, it occured to him in the moment and verbally spilled out. I get that he claims this is his truth.
