So it is from a mod called "Javelin Improved" The mod author's name is Multigun. Got it on the steam workshop.

Good vid however my opinion is the randomness of the purge is what was terrifying. not scheduled, should be an option to pick either 1 or 2 don’t know why it isn’t in the game
