FISH MARINADE
4tbsp cooking oil
2tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1/2tsp chili flakes
1tsp oregano
2tsp paprika
FILLING
3 garlic cloves
basil leaves
1tbsp cooking oil
115g broccoli florets
water
1/2tsp salt
2tbsp cooking oil
150g ltalian chopped tomato tinned
salt
black pepper
2tbsp cooking oil
bake at 175 degrees C for 30mins
