I’m in Georgia, I did not know that they sold the display models. So far so good. Love the fact that I don’t have to bend down to look for everything. The freezer is awesome, and you can use your door handles on the left or right side. Very pleased with this product so far.

This same model and one displayed in this infomercial comes with no light in the freezer as displayed at the 1:00 min mark. Other than this the refrigerator appears to works as expected.
Buyer beware! If you want to be on the phone for hours and feel nothing but frustration then deal with this company. I bought a refrigerator from Hisense and after 93 days completely stopped working. My tenant has five small children and I have been on the phone every day with this company to get resolution for her and assured that my case is being escalated to the higher ups in the company. Tomorrow will make day five and since it is Sunday I am sure I will get no resolution tomorrow. So if you’re unemployed and you need a job by a Hisense refrigerator because you will have a part-time job calling and tracking them down every day and get no resolution. Also Lowe’s home improvement will do absolutely nothing for you you cannot return they will not come out even though I have a five year warranty they hang you out to dry saying it’s the manufactures responsibility. Think about that next time you go to Lowe’s improvement center I can tell you from experience this would never happen at the Home Depot.

HOW do you adjust the temperature? Mine does not have these wonderful little numbers showing. I had no idea a fridge could be this frustrating. The manual does NOT match the model. Just awful.
I bought a small 4.4 cu ft for my camper. I had a minor problem and customer service was.great! Only thing is the email that came with the fridge didnt work. I had to call.
The temp of the fridge is stuck at 43 F and food is slowly spoiling. I keep following the instructions to lower the temp to 38 F, but it doesn't work. Help!
just got a white one. mine has no divider in 'vegetable drawer', and no humidity control. the top drawer in the freezer does not come that far forward...wish it did. all in all, i like it. it is very quiet.
We don't have a water line (the tap water is disgusting), so not having an ice maker was a plus for our needs. Ice trays fit just fine and the freezer drawer is very roomy compared to the top mount freezer we had prior.

The food all seems too warm and my fruit is all growing fuzz, but we cannot make the temp go down. It does not respond to touch, not for three seconds or thirty!
We have this refrigerator. We wanted to change the door swing. The handle is fine. However, the lower support is not made to fit on the other side. Anybody tried to change the door swing?

No, it does not have an LED light in the freezer section. I just took delivery of this same fridge today. Not a dealbreaker since I have plenty of natural light and kitchen lighting in the space.

My top drawer in the freezer is not on a track and there was nothing in the box! What do I do about that?

Do you know how many degrees past 90 the door needs to open? Concerned we may not have the clearance to get the produce drawer open!
It needs to be a tad over 100 degrees to open fully. I had the door reversed with the handle on the right. I have a ton of clearance and then some.

I had lowes switch the door when they delivered it, just make sure you have that you want it switched when you order it

What do you expect for the price point? Use ice trays, get a Brita Filter Jug.
