Just purchased one today. When I got to Lowe’s, they were sold out. The only one left was the display model. They sold it to me for $350. Nothing wrong with the refrigerator except that the door handle needs tightened. I went on to pay for a 5 year warranty which was around $150. dollars. You can’t beat that. I will be looking for more display models from now on. What a blessing.
I just took delivery of this fridge this morning. It's running to cool off inside and you can barely hear it. This is my very first new fridge. All others were either in rentals or second hand. It's really a lovely unit. I'm not used to something this nice. It fits perfectly in the space that is exactly 69" tall and 33" wide. Despite losing depth, you gain cu ft in height. No more science experiments at the back of the fridge. No more bending to search, unless you're diving into the freezer drawer, lol. Everything is right there. Plenty of room in the door to free up shelf space. The only downsize is not fitting gallon sized water and milk jugs. You have to play Tetris with the shelves to fix that. Other than the one little thing, this fridge is awesome. Got it on sale over New Year's weekend for $799 USD. I also had them reverse the door like the prior fridge, otherwise I wouldn't be able to open the crisper drawer. Keep that in mind when planning out how the unit will fit. Too bad I couldn't post a pic, but it's a good looking unit.
Just had mine delivered yesterday. Working fantastic. Top shelves are very adjustable but it takes a bit to get them so to take advantage of the space. Really nice frig so far.
Ya my last fridge clicked came with the house from 2012! I couldnt believe it still worked and the tech came for my dishwasher i asked about the fridge hes like these old side by sides last forever. Glad i made 400 off it to get this one definitely work the money and super quiet great for a small family!
I've had mine for two years now. There are a few things I don't like about it. First, the shelf adjustments are placed in weird positions and secondly, the top bin of the freezer section appears to have been assembled backward at the factory as food keeps falling out.
I wanted one but Lowes screwed up the delivery so badly I will never shop there again-for anything! It took over three weeks to get an answer as to what happened. We just drove to Menards and picked a slightly different style.
I have that exact model and I love that it's a space saver how beautiful it is however I noticed within the last few days the door when I close it it doesn't close as tightly as when I first purchased it is there anything that I can do I called Hisense and I sent them an email of my receipt and I haven't heard anything back from them I'm waiting for a service technician to come out and maybe take care of the problem it seems very simple however I don't want to do anything to avoid my 2-year warranty that came with the fridge is there any advice you can give sorry about the talk text thank you in advance
@@rickrichardson9793 make sure the rails are fully pulled out, then try to sit the drawer into the rails. Try to idenitfy some pieces that lock in together, and make them lock
Having this top freezer drawer problem too it doesn’t pull out smoothly. It seems off alignment and bends downward when pulled out but this fridge is awesome
Are you in Canada? I’m looking for the Canadian handles in black. In the US I can only get it with square handles. The Canadian version has curved handles which will allow me to open my apartment t door more

I have this refrigerator and love it except I have it on 39 degrees and anything in the path of the back airflow vents freezes. I’m afraid to turn it up to 43 because everybody says 40 or below to be safe. Why does a refrigerator go from 39 to 43? Stupid I think. At 39 I feel like I can’t fill my fridge up with food without freezing.

Yes its back up to 899 now but still worth it and get the warranty youll still be under a price of a higher name brand fridge this size. Cold is cold no matter the brand
I just had this delivered today and it won't work in my kitchen. I want it to open towards the counter and it won't work because it hits the wall. Im so bummed. I do not want it to open on the other side. So I guess I have to send it back.😔
Check door seals to make sure it dosnt think its open and constantly running. Turn down the temp and make sure the doors close properly. I switched the door to open from the right and you have to make sure the doors on perfect to seal it or youll get frost hope this helped.
Can u show how the drawers go in the freezer because mine are messed up won’t close all the way and a piece fell off of it has like a little magnet on it. Please help before I pull my hair out they don’t have anything in the book to show u how to fix them top wasn’t sliding out when opening.
@@nowenswain I looked at a model on display and accidentally screwed up the drawer. Fixing it required, reaching in to make sure the rails were slid all the way out, then visually inspecting to see how and where the drawer should sit onto the rails. There were some plastic squares that needed to sit in their, and to make them sit, I had to pull the rails out from center until they fit in nice and snug.

No it is not but i switched around the door so not sure if that matters

How long did it take to cool when you first plugged up?
No idea I plugged it in at night and switched it over next morning but trust me it gets cold and i flipped the door very easy to do.

I bought one and after 4 months yes that’s right 4 months. The ice maker stoped working.
And it has been over 3 weeks trying to get it fixed
