As youcan see they miss the chance the last log has, as is evident what is shown depends on the person and isnt just random sothey just terminated a D-class able to retrive 507 and also contribute aditional info to their shifts.
The other bit that irked me is "After viewing, keep subject quarantined for [redacted] days." Bruh it's a quarantine. Don't redact how long it needs to be. Do you want incursions? Because that's how you get incursions.

I feel really bad for the D-class subjects. I know that some of them are criminals, but no one deserves the tragic circumstances that happens to them, almost no one. You have to be real devious and disgusting to deserve the horrid ends of D-class subjects.
Aren’t they usually death row inmates? Granted I agree that they go through some horrible stuff. But death row is typically the worst type of people. Not always obviously. But typically. Even still I wouldn’t wish D-class on anyone. It’s almost guaranteed to be horrifying right up to their scheduled termination

Safe refers to containment, not dangerousness. It's safe because it's super easy to contain, barely an inconvenience. In this case, keep it covered and locked away. Euclid and Keter describe increasingly more sophisticated containment measures to maintain. It's why some Keter things like the startle statue don't seem particularly menacing: they're not, but containing them effectively is near impossible. Risk of harm and ease of containment often correlate, but not always.
