Those who are confused by me calling it a studio, I explain why in the video. For further explanation the apartment complex labels the floor plan a studio. By law you can not call or market a room as a bedroom if there are no windows. You can legally call it a office space or a studio. My unit is just that by law. Now calm down y’all! Lol

Yes, you have is an alcove studio which often has a separate area for a bedroom/office, and don’t have windows in that area (at least classified where I am fromin NYC).

I'm a New Yorker and I'm jealous as hell. There are studio-boxes in NYC that are half this size and rent for twice as much, and you damn sure won't get a W/D, walk-in closet, and delivery service. Sheeeit.

Fun fact: I was born and raised in Atlanta. Although I migrated over an hour away , I'm very familiar with Decatur. I love what you did with your space. You gave it an airy feel by not crowding it out with too much. Yet, enough to give it a homey ( if you will) feeling and may I say well planned. It's great to see you have a large tub and standard sized fridge . Management didn't skimp on the apartment . You have nice plants, and you've kept them alive. Which is more than I can say for myself. I'm a bit better when I plant them in the grown . hehe.. Love your hall art, I'm into the arts as well. I don't draw, but love photography and framed art . Do you create art for pay? I'd love a piece from a photo I have. Your patio looks cute and I know what you mean by lounging out there . Well, queen, I could go on and on, but I;'ll stop here. I wanted to show you some love . I enjoyed watching . If I find an email , I'll contact you about the art.
Hey Daralynn and thank you! I have to give you more props for keeping plants alive that live in ground. I would love a garden when I actually have a yard space to do some trial and error lol
I love photography as well! I would love a combination of more paintings and photographs, but my space is limited as you mentioned (without crowding it out). Unfortunately, I do not do art for hire. However, I do plan to feature other artist on the channel in the future. Artist who have more capacity to get such work done!
I definitely appreciate the design of the apartment. I love the big city feel it gives, while also being slightly removed from the craziness of Atlanta traffic and busyness. Also, Decatur and the East side in general has some of my favorite neighborhoods. I definitely think it leans into supporting local businesses and the arts more so than other parts of GA in my opinion.

How spacious is your beautiful Studio, with a sleeping area! Worth every dime! It's cozy and inviting! To prevent mosquitos on your patio, get some lavender plants, or citronella candles! They are decorative and mosquitos won't land and bite! I totally enjoyed the art & tour! Thanks..🎄🎄🎄
