Well, in fairness, he's not related to this Morty (Rick was actually around his morty as a child). So they aren't actually family. As for his age, 14 is plenty legal in many countries so it's not like humans are a no romantic attraction before age of whatever kind of species. Plus as Justin said, Rick had face to skin contact with Annie's...anatomy and she's pretty young too.

The type that uses social justice as a hammer and the bloggers who scream the loudest and bully the worst get the most followers, even when they're only screaming buzzwords that are wildly inappropriate for the topic at hand. They're convinced they are not only right, they are Morally Justified, and if they don't like something, it can't be that they just don't like it- it has to be a Moral Outrage. It must be racist, sexist, or whatever the dartboard spins on today.
Which is how we ended up with hour long youtube rants calling the show Nazi propaganda, thousands of fans who will suicide bait and harass anyone who they deem to not be PC, and more. tl;dr it appeals strongly to a demographic that has its home on tumblr, tumblr's culture is toxic af, leading the fandom to be toxic af.
