Avanti is on my list of 100 great classic movies. Never tire of watching it. Lemon and Mills were fantastic. This is romance with a capital R. The scene where they view the bodies is emotional.
Avanti. An absolutely wonderful Billy Wilder film. It had by the bucket load what almost every modern film lacks - Charm. Wonderful soundtrack too. Senza Fine by Gino Paoli is just sublime....
Played a huge part in my childhood and I adored the score. Senza Fine is beautiful. the film is funny and sad. A great performance from Lemon and Mills. Always brings back loads of memories each time I watch it. Connie Francis singing the song is wonderful
