Some background information of Hyoyeon for you. Hyoyeon is an active DJ too, her DJ name is HYO, you can see the difference of her solo work between idol Hyoyeon (Mystery, Wannabe) and Dj HYO (Sober, Punk Right Now, Badster). And this one too is her Dj release, that is why it is a club banger type song, and she actually 1 of the composer of all the song she releases as a Dj. Thats why in title it says HYO not Hyoyeon.

Musa, Hyo was previously in a nine-member girl group which was basically Korea's national girl group back in the late 00's until mid teens. Twice kind of inherited the crown from them when SNSD went more or less inactive several years ago while members pursued other solo interests. In that group Hyo was known as Hyoyeon and was the main dancer. She changed her stage name to Hyo when she began to pursue DJ'ing and dance music. For her era she was considered one of the dancing queens of K-pop on par with current dancing queens like Chungha, Lisa, Seulgi, and others. Her group was called Girl's Generation and is often referred to as SNSD.
While some of their catalog might not be your musical taste, I do think there are a few of their songs that you might enjoy checking out. I'd recommend the following when you get some time and what to do a little throwback episode perhaps. Unfortunately
They are arguably one of the most influential girl groups in K-pop and their influence is everywhere in the industry maybe not as much musically as how business is done. That's not to say they weren't influential musically, because they were, but I think their bigger legacy was altering the view that girl groups couldn't be as profitable as the boy groups.

Hyo is still a member of Girls' Generation/SNSD, and they are STILL a group. 13 year anniversary coming up Aug. 5th. All the girls are together in Korea, praying for a comeback of sorts.

Hyoyeon' mentioned Tiffany quite a few times in interviews and Vlive's. SooFany is all over Twitter. Look for them all to be guest on Yuri's Cooking Show. Also All the Girls are doin the Hyo Challenge with Hyoyeon...Sonny, Taeyeon, Sooyoung, and Yuri so far.
I would like to correct a few things with your comment to avoid confusion:
a. Hyoyeon is STILL in a girl group called Girls' Generation (previously a nine-piece group now eight). Tiffany, Sooyoung and Seohyun are no longer under their former label, the devil incarnate, SM, but they are still members of SNSD aka GG. They've said so themselves in numerous interviews. They've dedicated almost their late teens and most of their 20s to the group nonstop which is why their taking their time to further their solo ventures until they're ready to comeback.
b. Twice did not inherit the crown of the "Nation's Girl Group" because it was a nation title created and given specifically for them ONLY.

Actually hyoyeon is from legend girl group aka girls generation but now their group in hiatus. Girls generation is like celebrity of idol or role model to other kpop group. Before they debut they will at least training using girls generation song cause girls generation have such a hard choreo while singing with stable voice. Musa you should reaction more to girls generation. They are from 2nd generation of kpop. They are nation girl group of korean. They have pave way to other idol in the world.
