imagine taking 18km straight to dhap dam on foot rather than choosing 9Km from the junction 13:10 because that route is far better than the route you chose because you could see white mountains, beautiful forest and scenery of kathmandu valley and so much to offer. It took 6 hours for us to reach Dhap Dam and took that 9km route while returning. Comparatively 18km route was challenging but scenario was outstanding.
Note: 18km route for vehicles and 9Km route is hiking root.
