Nice video. But you're missing the scene where Itachi passes his taking care of Sasuke on to Naruto and saying he was right doing so. Another one of Itachi his wise moments imo. Nonetheless, lovely done.
Many people hate on sasuke for going mad after itachis truth. lets be honest any human would that if it happened to them. losing his family ,his brother, taking out his bonds to revenge to realise this. I think sasuke is really misunderstood. the best side story so far of any chracter in shounen anime,

He didn't want fame nor power, always watching and protecting from the shadows, he wasn't binded by his clan's fate and very much loved his village, he loved his younger brother always thinking about him, trying to make him stronger, a kind and fine shinobi the likes of never seen, he would have been an amazing hokage.
God-Emperor of Mankind That was not what he was doing. He tried to protect the village as a whole not just his clan. He was ordered to kill his fellow clan members by higher ups of the village. At the time and due to not knowing when they would revolt he had no choice but to kill them. Yes its a horrible choice but the alternative could have been much much worse.
The true ninja of all this anime. Mysterious. Motives unknown. Skilled ninja. Crazy back story. Just did things differently his plans all came to fruition even before he decided to make them.
Itachi only seemed like a hero when the truth was revealed about him. But even if he stopped the next great ninja war by brutally murdering his own family and clan, he still brutally murdered his own family and clan. Why is the village worth more than his clan? How does his love for the village justify him murdering men, women, and children in front of their loved ones? I seriously think Itachi was the only Uchiha character in this series who was legitmately insane. He believed everything he did was right. Heroism is saving the ones you can, not playing God and deciding who should be killed so that others can live. Itachi is not a hero.
it depends how you define a hero. For me he is a hero because he try to achive as much happiness as possible. So he is on an utilitarianism standpoint right. and for me that make him a hero, a person who get my respect :)

Heroism is not preemptively killing everyone based on personal speculations of possible bad consequences of actions or crimes which were yet to be committed.

I’m new too Naruto but definetly enjoy it a lot. This character confuses the fuck out of me but I definetly think of him as an anti villain, the opposite of an anti hero. Anti villains are mostly people that do the wrong things for the right reasons. Not too be confused with anti hero’s who do the right things for the wrong reasons. He believes that the outcome justifies the means. In the end I believe he’s a total anti villain who was misunderstood, did horrible things too stop worse things from happening. He’s an anti villain for sure.
