Egg Gondola is a Georgian classic, it's not a pizza, it's xachapuri, which is a dish that has cheese in it and sometimes ham, but Egg Gondola is a bread with cheese and egg's which you mixed together before eating it to get the full flavour, they serve this in Georgias restaurants the most and it's a very delicious dish
