Gabriel Henrique is always surprisingly phenomenal! What talent and what a fantastic voice.
I know Gabriel since he was 15 years old and I have to say that in this microphone there is no autotune, if you see the interviews or lives with Gabriel, he does exactly what he is doing in this cover without microphone. Gabriel is a force of nature, wistles a part. I love your video, the technical explanations is very nice, thanks.

I think there is a bit of a vocal delay in the video which may look like autotune. If you watch the rest of his videos abs live performances, he is def not autotuned

What an absolute joy it was being introduced to you for the first time. You're funny and full of expression, not to mention a vocal coach - which brings with any reaction a bit of anticipation of what might be criticized, or, accepted. You seemed to embrace Gabriel wholeheartedly. And he didn't drop the baby.
I'm not one to readily suggest any one of his performances over another. They are all great on their own. What I would suggest, however, is to dive right in. There is SO much more of Gabriel's talents to discover and you will NOT be disappointed. Pick another and GO.

If you want to hear one of the best covers of this son, So Hyang (South Korea) will blow you away with her near flawless technique (per other experienced, knowledgeable vocal teachers) while singing with emotion. She is the queen of the mixed voice, belting, vowel modification, etc. and made this song her own. To give you evidence on how good she is, Michael Bolton attended her performance of "Lean on Me" (his song) and called her performance a 'virtuoso' an offered her to tour with him- which she refused because she is a devout Christian who sings for God and to comfort others, not for fame or fortune. One of the greatest female singers on the planet today, who is relatively unknown.

I have watched many reactions to research others’ take on the beautiful sounds and techniques Gabriel Henrique and other artists have shared with us. He got no autotune 😅 no offense...and when I heard his video I myself checked and putted on a studio and tried to put auto tune then I was different from this... gosh Gabriel ❤️ the control he got got over voice.....he is the master of his own voice and voice commands him what to do and they blend in with perfection ❤️❤️❤️

He may or may not have used auto tune here (I have no idea). But what I do know is he doesn’t NEED auto tune. Not one bit. And he proved it by singing in his car and posting those. Would love to see a reaction to them! ❤

never knew you did Gabriel, i followed u all the dimash stage!! between others, so i was gladly surprised when i got u in my recomendations with this, would be awesome if u run a couple more of his laters covers which are pretty insane actually, he grew so much since this one, promise you gonna love his vocal choices and agility besides his "out of this world" whistles and of course, is always really better when a vocal couch of your caliber do the reaction...we can learn a lot, thnak you and glad to have u back in my recoms

Re Auto-tune I absolutely agree with you, it's a tool to be used (or not) as fits the music the same as a compressor, delay etc, love it if you can throw in some of the mic techniques also. Awesome channel looking forward to more.

Gabriel Henrique is a Brazilian singer who has been standing out as the best cover of the current Brazilian. Gabriem participated in the SHADOW BRASIL program, where the best singers sing. Gabriel has come to the end of this program. He sings all his musical styles, his charisma and his chilling interpretation, but gospel and pop styles are the best.
Gabriel on you tube was thrilled, both Brazilians and foreigners from other countries with his angelic voice, potent using his vocal techniques in each musical style.

I 100% agree with the last point in the video, if you listen to the hit parade or whatever every vocal performance has been Melodyned in some way and while it's in no way cheating (for them) it is important to point it out. Gabriel is a 25 years old Brazilian singer that tarted at age 7. He was winning a Voice Contest but in te beginning of 2020 the contest was frozen due to the pandemic. Since then he keep us AMAZED by his GIGANT TALENT watching his BREATH TAKING performances in his channel! Sing whistle notes is easy for him. His range is UNBELIVABLE ! This is a great version which I've watched several reactions too. Darren Espanto "I believe" is a sort of similar singer. But sigh on no Sohyang yet. I dare you to not even do a reaction but just get your feet wet and go listen to Sohyang sing this same song... "I have nothing". (though you'd probably wish you recorded it) If you want to hear epic switching, she's the one. And also no one "goes for things" as often hard as she does with the high mix.
I would absolutely LOVE to see a reaction and analysis of the live recording of TOOL's Sober (Pro Shot Remastered). While not the most technical vocal performance, it is a tour de force of presentation and theatrics. I also believe the odd posture that the lead singer maintains is something you'd get a kick out of dissecting as well.
I'm amazed at how technical yet easily understandable all of your breakdowns are in these videos, along with an entertaining personality and quirky editing! I believe your channel will go very far! Thanks for all your work, and I look forward to your next videos.
Also, that live recording is one of the only times you'll ever see Maynard (the singer) in broad daylight. In all of the more recent tours, he tucks himself off in the back of the stage, right next to the drummer.
