I noticed my best and most productive years were in 2015. In undergrad I would try to burn off my sexual frustrations at the gym... it worked for a while, but the more I got in shape the more frustrated I became. It was a positive-feedback loop with negative consequences.

By 2019 I'll start my real estate investing portfolio while getting back into building my paper assets portfolio. So compatible/attractive women, 20-27 years, will HAVE to fit into my program or "Hasta la vista, baby"! Respect your time and know your worth fellas!
