      That's fair. I am simply going off spec sheets and footage I have seen. Stacking them up as I see them. I did not title it a review, nor did I say it was a review. It's a comparison of the spec sheet fellers and footage. Yes, and I was pretty clear, when I stated my opinions. And bro's I am willing to stand on that they are right. But when I get my X1 Max, I will be sure to review it and title it as A REVIEW. Cheers.

    Do you realise x1 costs 3-5 times more than the dji? :)) And that there is no test under hard conditions??????????

    • @HillPhantom
      @HillPhantom  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yup if you watch the video I state that :). And this isn't a review as I said just a comparison of specs and who I think its for....Also its just a review of footage as we have seen it yet for the MAX. Cheers

      I dont understand these fake comparisons. I ordered the NEO w/ 3 batteries & dont need any controllers for $289 & the Hover Max pro is $579 w/ 2 batteries..
      $300 is a significant difference.
      You wouldnt compare a Samsung S24 to an S24ultra camerea $300 difference.
      Now, let me go do my review of Oranges vs Apples. 😂😂😂😂😂

    A review works when you actually own the products. Comparing these with other people’s footage isn’t it. I mean, you do you of course. But the DJI Neo paired with the RC2 or the FPV Goggles works pretty good!

      Good thing its not a review, else I would have said, REVIEW OF..... I have NO problem reporting news and facts and having a POV. But I feel ya, lots of folks fired up over it, but meh, its not a review so......I honestly am just trying to help folks make a decision . I really just wanted to help folks wade through the hours and hours and hours of research by giving them a summary and my take of it after doing HOURS and HOURS of research.
      Lots of folks DID NOT like it, so.....you are not alone.....sad but I really don't think its wrong to do like NEWS or Thoughts as well as reviews while I wait to get my X1 Max. And when I do I will title it Review of....not ..."Does DJI NEO have problems? New Air X1 Mas Footage."
      The Googles look really cool, as an FPV flier, I just think its more novelty, cool, for sure, but any wind, and anything requiring the power real that FPV flying does the NEO will fail IMO.
      Appreciate the comment and you being cool, but just wanted to defend my position and reason for this series. Cheers!

    Just scooped up a NEO for myself, and gotta say, it's a pretty sweet deal for a drone newbie like me. I'm not looking to pull off any crazy stunts or anything, I just want something simple that gets the job done without breaking the bank. And let's be real, the price is a no-brainer. Totally recommend for anyone who's looking to fly without all the fuss

    I think it is better to look the difference between the Hover Max pro and the Mini 4 pro. And every year you have more invitation. The Mini 5 pro would be better as the Hover max pro. etc.

      Yea mate I don't think that is a bad comparison, seeing as the both have the 1/2" sensor. Slightly different fps options, but, I think those cameras will look similar.

    Why don't we compare a Lucid Air Vs Nissan Leaf? Lucid is 3x a Leaf so it a fair comparison?

    • @HillPhantom
      @HillPhantom  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      both have a 1/2'' sensor, are the only two drones in the market that do push button automation, are grams apart, are pretty much the same form factor.....I mean......if not to compare these two, what do we compare? And that is exactly why I only compared the Neo to the Pro if you watch the entire video :)

    Respect to a channel that compares X1 Pro to Neo. Unlike so many who are deliberately doing incorrect X1 original to Neo. They are shameful for doing that.

    Awesome review again Brother!
    Man, You have got to check out another Beta Tester named Beatrice Duran and add her to your data. She’s just an average person with a tiny Channel, but she is flying the heck out of this thing.
    Her most recent video is of her flying the Hover Pro at night and let me tell ya…it’s Lights Out Sayonara for probably ALL of DJI’s top tear drones following someone at night.
    The video quality is insane

    • @HillPhantom
      @HillPhantom  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Oh yea bruv, I saw her with the parrot just today. I think I also saw her with these bounce running shoes. She's a trip! I need to take a look at her stuff for sure! So I have not seen the night one, I am going to look now and report back.....

    • @HillPhantom
      @HillPhantom  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Selfishly I first thought, man, with a 1/1.3 in sensor how much better is the MAX going to look...lol. Nah it looks pretty good. It will be interesting to see what the 1/2" will bring with the Pro vs Neo battle.
      Just ignoring the FPS, as I think lots don't really need it, I think the Neo has some color issues personally. Early days, things can be fixed, but I don't see firmware unlocking say, 4k 60. I also do think anything is going to stop the backward crashes in dolly nor the follow issue.
      Not to pick a fight with DJI tribe as the Hoover x1 had the same issues. But the X1 isn't the PRO or Max, these are its bigger baddererrr bRuvz....Who really can't stand their horrible naming conventions either...LOL.
      Cheers mate.

    Great Content man! The last video i also feel is not the X1 Max, just somebody trying to get views...because the focal length looks not like wide angle as the X1 does. :)

    I've already order the max--2nd day. And I'm looking forward to its delivery. One point I'm uncertain on is the absence of gps and how it impacts the drone use. It seems the neo has gps when a controller is used. Maybe this isn't a big deal if you use any of these small drones as a "selfie" camera and for some near-on shooting. But the only aid that the new Hovers offer is the beacon. This improves the ability of the drones to find you and keep in touch, but under normal flying if you ever lose visual contact with the drone you might not get it back. Does the beacon offer some sort of "return to me" function? Any thoughts on this point.

    • @HillPhantom
      @HillPhantom  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      So it's my understanding that both models of the Hoover being the Pro and Max DO have onboard GPS. They also both support return to home, even without the beacon. If I recall correctly I believe if its connected to phone and you are using to manually fly via the "soft touch screen joysticks" that you will be able to have it return to home.

    Want good. must pay good price. Low price does not suffice for my purpose of a following camera. it it can keep up, i care not what it cost within reason.

      @@AnotherCG yup…unfortunately so many are trying to justify the cheap price. It went from, look at all this incredible tech for under $200 to after people flying it to, well that do you expect for under $200.
      A year ago it would have been great, but Hover Air Pro/Max made exponential upgrades and now the footage I’m seeing from beta testers makes double to triple the price Waaaay worth it.
      You’re about to see $100 NEOs flooding the used market when Hoverair Pro Retail users start posting reviews

    The Active Track on all DJI drones has been a huge disappointment because it's never been reliable. It's annoying to have to babysit the drone while cycling. The drone always loses the person. I'm hoping the Hover Air Pro Max with the beacon will be closer to the tracking of the Skydio 2, which was really good. I've ordered the ProMax Ski perk package with the beacon. Fingers-crossed!

    • @TravelsByTrike

      I wish there was footage of the drone flying backward, facing the subject. I sure hope the ProMax is capable of more than following.

    • @HillPhantom
      @HillPhantom  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yea the Max has rear/side prox sensors so it should be good. It can do follows as well, orbitals, fly ups, fly arounds, all types of dollys to follows. Cheers!

      @Jumpy66 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The difference is beacon which keep the track signal, I wonder, why DJI didnˋt implement this possibility in the controller. They mas have a gps tracker in this. Or they make a wlan or Bluetooth tracker which is coupling whit the controller. But in the future I am shur, that DJI make this posibility too.
