Being a noob when it comes to competitive, seeing the ratios for the relinquished and ritual spell was an eye opener for me, I always played 3 relinq 3 ritual spell, just because I wanted to see them more, and even used 3 manju while having those ratios myself, which I see now is kinda dumb, you dont want multiple of these in your starting hand, and the manjus are plenty to get you where you want I feel. My deckbuilding when I was alot younger, I had the mindset of ”what if they get rid of one of my X cards, I should play 3 just in case so I have backups”, but that nowadays just bricks the deck more than it helps the main problem I thought I would have 😂
if hungry burger was a 5 star then he would be the go to ritual monster think about it. nothing about burger says it should be 6 star, but when you wombo combo burger and thunder dragon, uh oh, watch out. clearly they were trying to save us from tier 0 hungry burger turbo
I love how the deck is so much faster *because* Manju is the perfect addition to the deck when you factor in stuff like Tsukuyomi, that he’s a Light monster, and that him having 1400 means you can do weird plays with Shining Angel and Book of Moon.
I like relinquished a lot more than zorc for ritual chaos decks because its much easier to summon relinquished since its only a 1 star ritual monster and not 8 like zorc. I think not having GK spy in the deck might be a mistake though, its just so good at slowing down aggro decks like warrior and earth aggro etc. maybe a main deck swords of revealing light could be a good substitue for GK spy?
Royal decree puts in work against both warrior and burn. Against warriors decree can become an RNG battle since they usually run 3x dust tornado so you have to hope that they don't have one set to chain to your Royal decree activation.
@alex__zander well for this deck it doesn't play as much backrow so most people aren't going to side in 3 dusts vs it and if they do that's the same RNG with any card. Doesn't mean it's not a good side deck
Love the list im playing almost same list -1 faith and 3 zork one of his ritual instead. Sure level 8 can be hard to do. But with 3 zork we can do it. Having 2700 atk power can really help push dmg. Long live the ritual build
I also played 2 MoF and one ritual spell....in the end I don't think that this makes any sense... relying on MoF resolving while playing 2 NOC is highly questionable imo. Since NOC wants to hit MoF, Spy etc...I opt to 2 Ritual Spells, no NOCs, no MoFs and one Spy.
2 NoC is a must. Having an answer for their magician of faith is too important. The fact that you might incidentally banish your own faiths from deck is negligible.
It's a beater that outstats Kycoo, Pandas, and Des Koala and basically all of Warrior while not losing ATK each time you destroy a moster like Zombyra does. You can kill 2 monsters with Zombyra before its effectively useless.

I play 2 royal decree in my sidekick in my build. Works great vs warriors and panda
