With the layoffs going on from all types of companies, more than 60k realtors leaving, real estate market now is not the time to get in. Maybe those with big pockets buying mansions..medium homes and condos are way over priced in Las Vegas. Sellers are basically brain washed..Realtors have to eat too, feed their families, the "marry the house, date the rate" is a ridiculous term that some like to use. Bottom line, for those who buy now, hope they won't regret.

Real estate is a long term game and I believe that you should buy it when you are qualified and ready to buy! My investors are winning. Those that bought 1-2 years ago have already accumulated $50-100k in equity for their new construction homes.

Homes won’t sell out they are overpriced for what the people make there. There’s only so many people that can come from California to buy them. The foreclosures were about fourth in the nation there last time I looked. Anyone that pays those prices for those will more than likely be one of those statistics.

There is a wait-list if 400+ pre-qualified buyers for a community of 250 homesites. There is a huge demand for luxury homes that span close to 4,000-5,000 sq ft in Summerlin. Let's see how this goes 😉
