    Thank you Bea! These meditations take me to a place where it seems like all my burdens are a world away..they are so enjoyable,, peaceful and relaxing. They always help me to be calm when I'm feeling anxious or stressed from the day!!💯

    This visualization exercise was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Because I can't go to various places that I'd like to because of the pandemic, my mind can bring me 'right there' because of the aid of this meditation! I can always escape 10 minutes at a time! Thanks for creating this!

    I have done similar imagery meditation before, I really liked using “taste” which I hadn’t done...a beautiful, juicy mango added great pleasure 😎

    మనస్సును ఒక చోట నిలపడం అంత సామాన్యమైన విషయం కాదు. మనసు స్వభావమే చంచలత్వం. అది ఎప్పుడు స్థిరత్వానికి లోనవుతుందో అప్పుడు సమాధి స్థితికి మీరు వెళ్లినట్లే. కానీ అది కొందరికి తాత్కాలికం. కొద్ది పాటి అనుభవం కలిగి మరల చంచలమౌతుంది. ఎంతో సాధన తరువాత చాలా కొద్దిమంది యోగులకు ( యుగపురుషులకు ) మాత్రమే నిరంతరం మనసు ఆ భగవంతుని యందులగ్నమై ఉంటుంది. మనసు ఎప్పుడు నిశ్చలమౌతుంది? ఎప్పుడు చంచలమౌతుంది? అనేది ఎంతో సాధనద్వారామాత్రమే తెలుసుకోగలిగే విషయం. ఎవరికి వారు మాత్రమే తెలుసుకోవలసిన విషయం. అలా తెలుసుకోవడానికి సాధనకు మించిన మార్గం లేదు. మరో అడ్డదారి లేనే లేదు. క్షణంలో బ్రహ్మానుభూతి కలగదు.
