i’s this product actually carb legal? i found the carb eo # 1-813-1 but my racechip did t come with a sticker. went to get my car smogged and it wouldn’t pass the visual inspection. customer service said it’s not carb legal but there’s an official carb eo that says it is. all i want is my sticker haha
Love your video , but may I suggest something pretty important… PLEASE DO NOT STATE DRIVER SIDE OR PASSENGER SIDE .. Please just say left side or right side of the vehicle.. This is a common problem coming from Americans.. As you be be aware NOT ALL COUNTRIES drive on the same side .. Your videos are shown world wide and when you say something is located on the drivers side well a lot of people are looking on the wrong side of the vehicle, Simply just say Left side or right side of the vehicle
So I already have the Race-Chip, which was in my X5 35i N55. I will be getting a 135i N55 in the next few weeks. Please can you advise if this will be plug and play or will I need to reprogram my Race-Chip to match, and if so how would I do this? Thanks
This product does not affect the dowpipe / emission control system. It works on cars with catless downpipes. You will probably get more power than claimed.

How long before u can race ? What do u mean give it some time like 4 days?
Anywhere between 2 to 5 days. The ECU needs to adjust to the new information that the RaceChip is giving it.

i have a stock 2011 535 would i need to have prior mods to the car itself in order to install the race chip?
No, the unit can work on a completely stock vehicle with no need to upgrade any components.
Probably a good idea to get an aluminium charge pipe first
