Great questions! The closest Walmart and Sams Club are right over the Chapel Hill Durham Line- so not a bad drive at all! Chapel Hill is really small, so there will be a lot of crossing into Durham, but it isn't a long drive at all. They feel like sister communities when it comes to shopping!
Hi! Lots of different factors, but overall boils down to supply and demand. Chapel Hill is small, so there isn't much supply in general. Many residents work at the university or its hospital and they want housing close by! There are also a lot of unique estates with more acreage in Chapel Hill.
